We have 2BR , 2B condo directly accross from the beach. It has 4 swiming pools,shuffleboard,putputgolf,2 tennis courts,pool tables,internet access,gated entrances,night security. We have a private porch with table and chairs. The back entrance goes to HWY98 which gives you quick access to all of Panama city. The unit can sleep 8 people. It has a large washer and dryer. Just painted,new carpet.It has 2 refrigerators and dish washer
I am single and currently live in McCalla which is right outside of Birmingham.For the last 4 years, I have taken care of my mother who is 89 yrs. old and has alzheimers. I was in sales and construction before that.I graduated from the University of North Alabama. I then went into sales for several years and then I built houses.I have 2 brothers and we work together managing my parents affairs. I will do everything possible to make your stay a great experience.

This property is spread out and has allot of different things to do right on the property. A large percentage of the residents are permanent , so it is a resort complex with a community feel. There are excellent restaurants nearby , but you have easy access to all of Panama city with HWY 98 right at the back entrance. The beach is directly across the front entrance gate.The people here are very friendly and will help you in any way . We have an excellent grounds crew and keep the place perfect.
The beach is a place where you want to enjoy the excitement of being at the beach, but also be able to step back and have the opportunity to relax . this resort community allows you to do both.Please call me if you have any questions.
Loved the owner! He was amazing and condo was super clean. He understands my love of dogs and let me bring mine with me. Dog beach 1 mile down the road, regular beach across street from complex and plenty of restaurants close but not on top of you. Will be calling back for our next trip!
Frank, the owner was wonderful to work with and promptly returned calls, however the unit is very dated, wallpaper falling down, the ceiling upstairs is peeling, the garbage disposal was broken so the dishwasher drain was backing up, the main dloor bathroom exhaust fan was extemely loud and ineffective, the upstairs toilet was leaking and the upstairs/loft area smelled horribly and when we stripped the beds of the linens we found one the mattresses had been urinated on multiple times and the odor came from it.
The maintenance personnel were very nice when they came for repairs.
It wasn't explained to me that you had to pay $5 for an wrist band for each person to be on the premises either. I thought that was ridiculous.
We took the car to the beach and pools. It was walkable, but it would have taken a while to get to the beach.
The washer/dryer combination was probably the best thing about the condo.
Description was accurate. Very close to Pier Park attractions and the dog beach area. The two refrigerators were great we kept our drinks in one and the food in the other. The grassy area in the back was great for walking the dogs. It was wonderful having the washer and dryer to be able to take clean clothes home. Frank was very prompt in returning e-mails, calls, and deposit. We ate seafood at several different restaurants many close by, but our favorite was early bird seafood platter for $14.99 @ Pompano's (across from Thomas Drive). We definitely would stay here again if we take our 4 legged children!
Walking distance to beach. 4 nice pools. Close to shopping, attraction, and restaraunts. Clean rooms. Only negatives was you had to purchase a $5 band for everyone in group and there was no one to issue clubs for putt putt course. Owner was very friendly to work with
We LOVED this condo!! It is very clean & spacious. This was our first time to stay across the street from the beach and it was fine. It is a long walk to the beach if you have small children or a lot of gear but you can park near the front gate and simply walk across the street. The pools, tennis courts, putt putt
golf and club house are just a short walk from the
condo and our family enjoyed all the amenities
offered. Mr. Frank (the owner) was AWESOME and
very easy to do business with. He promptly returned
the security deposit. I will definitely recommend him & this property to friends and family and I will rent from him again.
We loved staying at this condo. I stayed here with my daughter and her husband and the kids. It was clean and had everything we needed. The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a big bathroom with a walk in closet. The two refrigerators gave us loads of space for food. The ground floor bedroom is big. We loved the little patio too. It was a quick walk to the pools and beach. The permanent neighbors across the way were so nice. The owner was great and very helpful. The kids want to go back to "Uncle Frank's" condo every year.
