Free Internet access(Wifi) and Parking space are available.
Breakfast and free of charge sunbeds by the pool are included in the price.
We had an amazing time at the Windmill. Manos and his family we fantastic. We were treated like part of the family. Breakfast was great in the morning. The Windmill was in the perfect position to watch the Santorini sunset....If you get the chance to stay would highly recommend.
What a unique experience, staying in Windmill in Santorini. We had a great time and Manos and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that all went well....fantastic breakfast at the pool with an awesome view, swimming when desired, and seats reserved here in the evening to have the best spot to watch the sunset. Thanks!
Just loved staying here, lucky to have had 2 incredible weeks . First of all Oia is the prettiest romantic place we have ever stayed. Never tired of looking at the beautiful traditional white washed , pastel painted, cube houses many carved into the rock.with small twisting cobbled streets, a photographers paradise.Cafe, restaurants , gift shops so many to chose from less than a five minute walk.
Make sure you walk the 300 steps down to Ammoundi Harbour and vist Dimitris, a fantastic fish restaurant perched on the edge of the harbour, there are plenty of others but this was our favourite. You can watch the catamarans and tall ships come into the harbour with visitors to watch the sunset, but probably best to book, of course Manos would do that for you. Walk further along south , 5 mins for some rock swimming and cliff jumping, it's amazing, definetely a must do! There is the traditional donkey ride back to the top!! from the harbour, but if not the restaurant will call you a taxi.
We hired a car for a few days, driving was easy. We visited many beaches, although not your normal Greek white sand beaches as made up of dark volcanic sand they are very good and unique. The sea is most clear ,warm and very refreshing.
Favourite being Kamari, it has a fun vibe with lots of sun beds , restaurants etc. Visit the Red beach, pebbly sand with red rock as the back drop. There is so much to see and do in Santorini, or just relax, what ever takes your fancy !
The Windmill has the best position in Oia for the the oh so famous sunset! It was a fantastic find, quirky, over 3 levels , renovated to a high standard keeping in character of the building. It was spotless with the added bonus of a daily clean. With 2 beautiful terraces, each with spectacular , jaw dropping views of the Calendra so mesmerising, it was hard to tear myself away.
what also made this such a memorable stay was Manos and his beautiful family & staff. We were made to feel like we were part of the family and nothing was too much trouble, making our holiday just so relaxing and easy. From the windmill less than a 90 second walk with the sea as the backdrop was the entrance to the stunning swimming pool, owned by Manos's family with spectacular views. We always had reserved sun beds or a table in the evening if we were coming for a drink to watch the sunset, we did feel like VIPs, it was really special.
Thank you Manos and your team you all made our holiday just perfect!

We did not stay long enough - just three wonderful nights at Manos' beautiful windmill. Important things to know: you will have The Best sunset views. You will be near shops and restaurants but have privacy. You will have a huge breakfast every morning (don't skip the multi fruit juice). Manos is very knowledgeable and helpful; he is one of the main reasons you should stay here. Of course, the rooms are small and there is a bit of stair climbing, but the windmill is clean and has great AC and is just a cool place to stay.
we had a memorable holiday at Manos' windmill. he and his family are delightful, generous and very helpful. the windmill was faultlessly clean; the breakfasts were delicious and it was lovely to have sun loungers reserved for us each day beside his pool. it was a great place to relax and do as little as possible apart from a bit of gentle sight seeing - for which Oia is ideal. the internal layout of the windmill might not suit everybody as it is very much an up and down building, but we loved it. christopher
The windmill and Lioyerma staff are amazing! The windmill is beautiful and cozy, with two patios that offer perfect views of Santorini and the sunset. It's located right in the heart of Oia, a 2 minute walk from the main street. The pool is perfect for relaxing after walking around Oia in the heat.
Manos is a fantastic host! He gave us everything we could ask for and more, including reserving a table for us at the front of the cafe/pool to watch the sunset every night. The staff at the cafe were extremely friendly and made us a delicious breakfast every morning.
I can't recommend this place enough and am dying to go back.
Reservation can be made with a 25% deposit of the total cost of the stay!!
