Our new home away from home

This is easily the best vacation we have ever had as a family and a huge part of that goes to this beautiful home we had the pleasure of renting for 7 days. The home looks exactly like the pictures, truth be told the pictures don't capture all the beautiful landscaping on the grounds. The complex is barely 10 minutes away from the airport so after a long flight from Oregon, it helped we didn't have to go far. Lilleth the local property manager was so very helpful and accommodating. Ms Jennifer our cook was outstanding. She literally could open her own restaurant. Theo our state side contact was always available via email and answered every question we had before we arrived. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. We will most definitely be back.

Beyond Perfect!!

I already miss this place. From the start, my experience was beyond perfect. The owner, Theo and the property manager, Lelitha were execellent to work with. Our driver was waiting at the airport to pick us up and take us to our magnificent Jamaican home for the next few days. I was so impressed with the beautiful property and we absolutely loved the home. Michael and the transportation team were always on time to take us to our destinations and were only a text/phone call away when we were ready for pickup. I was so impressed with the wonderful customer service and I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE...SMILE!!! I will be back as this property and Jamaica are now my 2nd home. THANK YOU for the awesome/BEYOND perfect experience Theo, Lelitha, transportation team, D'Washington and Jamaica!

We were there on a volunteer trip and everything was perfect. Transportation was waiting for us at the airport and the manager was at the house waiting for us. We will be back in March! Thanks for everything

I would stay here again! It met my needs more than I expected and the owner was the absolute best!!!

I have stayed in rental properties and I must say this was one of my best experiences!!! The owner Theo was absolutely helpful, courteous and honest each step of the way. Anything I needed driver, cook, cleaning services, advice, he was there each step of the way to make sure my girls trip to Jamaica was phenomenal! It was easy to contact him and I felt this communication is essential when planning an international trip. I am truly thankful for all his time, effort and willingness to ensure I enjoyed and loved my trip. The pictures look as clean and beautiful in person as it did on the website, the property manager Ms. Lelith was easy to contact, present and gave us great advice about places to visit and eat at during our stay. I will definitely come back to Jamaica and when I do, I will be staying at this villa again because I could not have been happier. Thank you for making this vacation for me and my girls one of the best ones I have had!!!!!! Can't wait for the next one...

Great,Wonderful,Relaxing at home feeling

This stay was wonderful, I was relaxed,felt right at home. The complimentary dinner was excellent.I liked the property it was so quiet ,safe,and everything I needed was right there. I would definitely stay again & refer others to this property.

We require a refundable $300.00 deposit to secure the rental. It will be refunded after 14 days once the rental is inspected and approved for no damage. All payments must be made in US funds.
A $50 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations. Reservation canceled before 30 days prior to check-in date will be fully refunded, minus the processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days before check-in, reservation is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late cancellations or early checkouts. Security deposit will be refunded 14 days after your stay per terms of agreement.
Property is located 2 miles from the airport, Ten mins from public beach entrance, Swimming Pool, Gym, Wifi, No Smoking, gated entrance with security. You and your guest are using our home at your own risk.
