This was a dream vacation! The apartment was everything we could have imagined and even more..modern, clean, perfect furnishings and decorations. The complex was walking distance to food and shopping. Lelith, the property manager was awesome! Very accommodating and she gave some awesome recommendations on things we should do and see while there. We fell in love with our driver Mike! He was always very professional transporting us and looking out for us on our excursions. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip! Trust me you can't go wrong with this property! Best vacation ever!!!!

The property is extremely clean and well maintained as advertised online. Location is perfect as it is just walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. The Furnitures are beautiful and fits the apartment well. My family and i were in awe upon our arrival. The property manager, Ms. Lilieth was very welcoming and patient. Meal was delicious and chef has a pleasant personality. Excellent customer service and safe environment. We totally enjoyed our stay at the property. True vacation spot. We will be back soon with our friends. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Perfect location and great service!

Our second stay here and it was awesome. Week one volunteer trip with my staff and second week with my family. Lots of things within walking distance. We discovered the bowling alley and casino on this trip a five minute walk away. From reservation to check it, process was flawless! Will definitely be back soon!

Cleaning Fee $99
Damage Deposit $300

We require a refundable $300.00 deposit to secure the rental. It will be refunded after 14 days once the rental is inspected and approved for no damage. All payments must be made in US funds.
A $50 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations. Reservation canceled before 30 days prior to check-in date will be fully refunded, minus the processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days before check-in, reservation is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late cancellations or early checkouts. Security deposit will be refunded 14 days after your stay per terms of agreement.
Property is located 2 miles from the airport, Ten mins from public beach entrance, Swimming Pool, Gym, Wifi, No Smoking, gated entrance with security. You and your guest are using our home at your own risk.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
