This cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome is part of the revitalized and flower-filled, historical Old Town (Casco Antiguo) in Estepona (Málaga).
The property faces a tree-lined square in Plaza Pozo Prado, popular among local residents. On some evenings, you can hear neighbors singing gypsy songs right out there.
Comfortable, fully reformed, 170+ year old townhouse, with a unique 12-meter façade, original 90-cm walls (cool in hot summers) that support the entirety of the top roof still featuring the original baked tiles that are not made with today's technology. It was renovated in line with old house designs of the era. The interior is brighter than most homes in the same neighborhood. Has two interior terraces and two small balconies.
Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, built-in closets, with Wi-Fi. It is 50 meters from shops and restaurants, and barely 100 meters from the beautiful beaches and boardwalk that make Estepona so popular among vacationers in and out of Spain.
Public bus transport is available.
Pets are not allowed. Rental periods less than one week will be charged a one-time, 50€ cleaning fee.
When returning from the beach, please try to get rid of the sand from shoes and bags, before stepping inside the house, as it is a challenge to clean up sand brought indoors.

-- Cable installed, not subscribed - service can be enabled if guests want it for at least a month.

-- We have two portable air conditioners for ultra-hot days outside. The interior is cool throughout summer. Radiator heaters are also available for winter time visitors.
Plaza Pozo Prados
It is centrally located, close to the beach, about 2 minutes running, 5 minutes walking; numerous fresh sea food restaurants, tapas, bars, chiringuitos. Many restaurants have music, flamenco, shows, nice atmosphere.
Shopping & Grocery
If you like to cook for yourself, there are Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets within walking distance. There is a 24-hour OpenCor, 12 min. walk toward Estepona Port.

Guests have access to what they see in the house.
- one bedroom with a double size bed
- one bedroom with two twin size beds
- 2nd floor living room has an expandable sofa: 2 kids, or an adult can sleep on it.

Mountains, Mediterranean sea, climate, history that goes back to Carthaginians, Romans, Moors, Christians. Old town, 5 star hotels both end of Estepona, close to Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga, Gibraltar, Morocco-- all within 40minutes to 3 hours maximum.
Sports: golf, swimming, horse riding, tennis, padel, biking, hiking, gyms walking distance from our place.

from Malaga airport there are 2 fast buses a day that take you directly to Estepona downtown within one hour time, 5 minutes walk from our house.
They are multiple slower buses during the day. Taxi is about 100euros.
Other Things to Note
For very hot summers days, a gym with covered 25 meters swimming pool, nice terrace bar+eat, padel courts 15 minutes walking distance.
Many golf courses around the area.

My refund policy is part of my lease. The policy is as follows: 45 days in advance cancellation: I will keep a $100 deposit fee or 10% of the rental price whichever is lower. Within 30 days 50% is refundable. Last 7 days no refund.
