The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
I was so pleased with this condo. It was quiet and close enough to Universal for the weekend. Completely amazed by the size of the bathrooms. The living room was quite small, but we used it very little for it to be a problem. The kitchen was spacious enough. The only real complaint I have is that there was no where to place shower/bath items in the master bathroom. It should be noted that everything felt very hotel-like (cheap toilet paper and thin scratchy towels), but supply your own coffee. Still, we paid less for a 2 BR condo than we would have for a single small room on-site.
The condo was immaculate. Everything looked to be updated...the furniture, ceiling fans in every room, etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
I didn't personally stay at this particular condo, my mother and two aunts did, while we were on a Disney vacation. They loved everything about it, and it had plenty of space for the 3 of them. The bathrooms are huge. I was in it several times, while picking them up/dropping them off. I stayed at a different condo in Vista Cay. I liked their condo better than the one I stayed in!
Also - there is an elevator, which was helpful. My mother has issues with going up stairs, and even though they were only on the 2nd floor, after a long day of walking the parks, she was grateful for the elevator.
The property itself can be a bit confusing to get around, as there are several gates you have to enter with a code. I'm grateful we originally got there in daylight!
One more plus - I had contacted the rental company to see if we could get into the condo earlier than 4 pm, as we were getting to Florida early that morning, and they said it was no problem!!
