Additional luxuries include 4 TVs/2 DVDs/1 VCR, plush furnishings, Full-Size Washer & Dryer, and parking for 3 vehicles. Internet connection available (bring your own computer).
Take a leisurely walk to the Pools, Clubhouse or General Store where you can purchase a great cup of coffee or bottle of fine wine. Or simply stay home to relax with a drink on one of the rear Balconies or charming front Porches with Fountain Views.
Building Registration Fee: $110 gets you 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week.
Children 3 and under do not need facility passes if accompanied by adult with facility pass. Additional facility passes are available at a cost of $70.00 per person per week. The facility passes includes the use of the outdoor pool, indoor pool, walking paths, bayside beaches & interactive fountains. No hassle. Appreciate that I could check in late. Rooms and cleanliness were more than adequate. Only complaint I have, is the early check out at 10am. Otherwise, exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Our property was very dirty. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean which I did not plan on doing on vacation. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty silverware in the drawers . No outdoor shower, no working light on porch, broken screens, broken and dirty furniture along with the filthy carpet . There is rust in the dishwasher and the clothes dryer.
I failed to mention that we did not care for people coming into our unit when no one was home.

Terrible Rental Property
We have stayed at Sunset Island several times and this is our first time being disappointed. I understand this is a rental property and many people go through it, but this place needs a major overhaul. The furniture was filthy and we would not sit on it without a blanket. Other furniture was ripped and needs to be replaced. When the pull out couch was opened to be slept on, there was garbage in it. One of our toddlers pulled a pill out from under the kitchen couch when a toy went under it. Not only does the furniture need replacing, so does the cleaning company. Totally overpriced for the accommodations this rental offered.
This is an updated review as we were informed we had to change our original post which included the location of this rental.
We offer our sincerest apologies about your stay. We have reached out to the cleaning company to ensure that this does not happen again. We have also spoken to our property care team who has shared with us that the owner has plans to update the unit and paint during the off-season this fall. We completely understand your frustrations concerning the state of the rental and it is never acceptable to have any of our guests placed in such a situation. Our records show that the Regional Manager has reached out to speak with you on several occasions but has not heard back. We hope you will consider staying with Vantage in the future as we strive to provide the best vacation experience possible.

Sunset Island extremely nice -actual unit needed work
This community is very nice. Great environment and amenities! The unit we stayed in was in need of new carpet or tile and could use some work. Lots of stairs. Would stay again , might look for different unit
