This spacious and elegant Neskowin beach house offers comfort for your next vacation. With room for eight, plus the family dog, you'll want to book this home year after year.
Nearby at Cascade Head and Cape Lookout, you'll find incredible hiking. Take a walk at Neskowin Beach Recreation Site or go a few minutes north to Nestucca Bay to boat.
Back at the spacious tri-level, you'll have a panoramic view of the Pacific from one of two decks. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and modern living space with WiFi and cable TV, DVD, stereo, and even Ping Pong. But you'll be hard-pressed to keep your eyes off the amazing views outside. Step in from the chilly coastal air and warm yourself by the wood stove.
Prep a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen and share it at the wooden table with room for six (two more can sit on stools at the bar).
Sleep well among the three bedrooms. In the master, find a queen size bed among huge oceanview windows. Step out on the deck for fresh sea air, or lavish yourself in the six-foot tub with Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The second bedroom (middle floor), has a queen bed and connecting full bath. The third bedroom (ground level), has twin beds and a full bath.
This home is also dog friendly, and you're welcome to bring your furry friends with you for an additional fee.
Little Neskowin has a lovely golf course and is the perfect place for cameras. Apart from the general store and an art gallery, there's not much else around Neskowin except for sheer natural beauty. Be ready to truly unplug!

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We stayed here to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday, 7 of our family members were able to come. The view was beautiful and the layout/beds/bathrooms worked great for our group. The driveway was not as much of an issue as some other reviews indicated, though it helps to have a reliable vehicle and a non-timid driver because it is a bit steep & gravel. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful view, lots of separation of space.
Loved the view and the privacy of the house overlooking the little town of Neskowin.
The gravel driveway to the property was somewhat intimidating (gravel and uphill), but the property was well worth the anxiety. The elevation gained to get to this property resulted in 180 degree view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. You enter into the laundry/mud room where we chose to put all of our luggage. There is also a bath and bedroom with twin beds on this floor. My sister chose the bedroom/bath on the second/main floor. I took the master bed/bath on the next level. We both agreed the beds were wonderful, and we cracked the windows to hear the surf all night. The deck was great for viewing sunsets and watching the ocean. We didn't use the kitchen, but chose to eat at the local cafe at the bottom of the hill. This was a very peaceful area, not many tourists during our stay. We did not take the path to the beach, but drove instead. Although it was early, only saw one other person on the beach. If you like long walks on the beach, this is the place. We were scheduled to fly home after staying here two nights. Normally, we are ready to go home, but we were both reluctant to leave this property. We've been home a week, and my sister has told me several times that she misses Wavehaven and wants to return.
