The listing and the quoted rent includes one bed room with full attached one washroom and his/her dressing area. In case your stay requires 2nd and 3rd bedroom, the same can be provided at extra charge. The owner when not traveling on work, works during daytime (9-6) of working days (Mon-Fri) in 4th bedroom.
Parvinder is one of the most gracious hosts I've come across. He was available if needed but not like an overseer. Big, beautiful, and extremely clean home on a quiet residential street very close to main highway and two major shopping centres. Supermarkets are in close proximity. I would recommend getting a car as it is not in the city. Ideal for a couple, or family. If you are looking for a home away from home then this is the place!! Highly recommended and I will definitely rent when in town again!
