Enjoy stellar direct oceanfront accommodations with priceless beach views at our contemporary Crescent Shores condo! Our unit is perched on the 16th floor, high above the rolling waves of the Atlantic Ocean. This splendid property is sure to delight you and your guests on your next beach vacation!

Inside our condo, modern decoration and deluxe bedding (all king/queen) will ensure that the comfort of you and your guests is never a concern. Our open living area offers comfy sofa and love seat and phenomenal vistas from the huge wall of windows overlooking the beach. A well-appointed dining area is also available, and our unit features a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. Each guest of our condo enjoys a great nights sleep in our four available bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a king bed and oceanfront balcony access. The second bedroom has a single queen bed each, while the third and fourth bedroom have two queen beds each. There are three full bathrooms available to guests of our condo, with the master bathroom featuring separate tub and shower.

On property, Crescent Shores provides guests with an array of amenities to keep you relaxed or entertained. A large oceanfront outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or just relaxing near and soaking up the rays. A relaxing trip in the lazy river or soak in the Jacuzzi will put your mind at ease, and for those not-so-sunny days, the indoor pool is perfect! Little ones also can join in the fun with the kiddie pool. Crescent Shores also offers a well-equipped fitness center. Best of all, a short walk through sand dunes is all it takes to dip your toes in the Atlantic Ocean!

Crescent Shores was wonderful,The management company worked hard to keep the property clean.The rental unit we stayed in was in need of some TLC but was spacious.Had two issues AC and dishwasher but Beach Vacations resolved the issues quickly which impressed us.Beach Vacations was professional and easy to deal with.The unit fit our needs perfectly.

I have stayed at this condo complex before just in a different room and it was great, but this time was full of disappointments. The condo needed a lot of TLC. The furniture was scratched up really bad, handles were missing off drawers, dishwasher buttons were damaged, carpet was old, walls were scratched and missing paint in spots, the main tv wasn't bigger than an iPad screen, and the washer was rusting. We were not given pool passes. I inquired to the rental agency and was told we didn't need them, but I had them last time and security was asking for them to swim. Plus I saw everyone else with them. The rental agency contacted the owners who said we didn't need them but obviously we did. We were able to explain the situation to security and thankfully they understood and didn't ask for our pool passes again. Our condo was without hot water for two days. When I first noticed it, I thought maybe it would take some time for the hot water tank to recover so we went to bed and still no hot water in the morning. I tried to call the rental agency but I was on hold for a long time. I tried again in the afternoon with the same results. After trying for a third time about 6pm, I left a message explaining the situation and did not receive a return call, mind you they close at 9pm. I had to call again the next morning at 9am as they opened to finally talk to someone. They quickly sent up a repair man who found the issue but had to send an electrician out. The electrician arrived 3-4 hours later. He fixed it and didn't have an issue the rest of the stay. It was horrible, nothing worse then bathing small children in cold water. Then the construction on the building was going on. At 7am in the morning, they were crews of men using power sander right outside our door for two days. Woke all of us up...So much for sleeping in on your vacation. I'm not really sure who to be upset with, the owner for letting their condo go to crap, buying the cheapest possible things and not maintaining the condo, the agency for not handling the hot water issue sooner, and the condo complex for alloying construction so early in the morning. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this condo to anyone. The only reason i didn't give a 1 star rating, the air conditioning worked great. But FYI, I work in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical...you need to keep a filter in you air handler and get in maintenanced. Otherwise your air conditioning won't last much longer.

love the condo hated the mattress

condo was really nice and clean, love the oceanfront, would love to stay again if the owner replaces the king mattress, could feel every coil in the mattress, could use kitchen supplies,, 11 people in my group was comfortable and plenty of room

Clean but in need of renovation and a little TLC. That being said the location and view - amazing!

The condo is well laid out. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space to hang out and adequate dining space. The rooms were spacious and having 3 full bathrooms was great. The condo was clean but would be greatly helped by renovations such as new flooring and general TLC. Our favorite part were the incredible views. You can't beat that location on Ocean blvd in a corner unit! Just gorgeous😍. My biggest frustration for the trip was dealing with the property managers, Beach Vacations. I have dealt with lots of agencies over the years and they really struck out. Aside from being poorly informed and trained they were rude and inconsistent. I will not work with them on any future trips to Myrtle Beach and I would advise the property owner to seriously consider listing with a different agency. My reservation actually got cancelled 2 days before our trip because they failed to follow through with the confirmation process. The manager Krystle did get things straightened out for me after lots of persistence on my part but she wasn't even working in the same office I was referred to....🙄.

Used to be a nice place, needs improvements

First, the company that is handling property has very poor communications skills after booking. Also, the condo is in need of some deep cleaning. The carpets are very dirty, the tile grout in kitchen and bathroom is very dirty and tile floor is sticky. The appliances are falling apart. This condo has great potential. Love the views and the space.
