THIS IS A FAMILY RENTAL ONLY PROPERTY MINIMUM AGE IS 30 YRS OF AGE ONLY!!!. ---Well-maintained and appointed spacious single family home located one block from downtown and one block from the beach. Amenities include central air, gas fireplace, gas range, large rooms with ceiling fans and 3 TV's, large bathrooms, laundry room, and single car garage with storage room. Spacious Upper deck with awnings add to the vacation experience!!! Home features 2 downstairs bedrooms and a large full bath and den. Upstairs includes the masterbedroom with its own bath and Jacuzzi tub and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a hall bathroom upstairs also. The backyard features a Weber Grill and picnic table and benches. A professional landscaper maintains the outside plantings and trees. Our property manager provides her contact number should there be any questions . She also inspect the property before your arrival.

About John Heck or Laurie Dunne CPA

Born in Philadelphia ,Mayfair section. One of 4 boys. Dad died at age 40 and Mom raised us and force us to study and go to college. She now has her own CPA , Doctors and well educated grandchildren . One at age 20 was a bone marrow donor. Including our extended family there are 5 Ivy School degrees . However Matthew our Bone Marrow Donor is the star.

We grew up poor but never knew it . Our family loved the shore. Three of Mom's sons have homes at the shore. Two nephews also have homes. All of these homes are for there families to enjoy and bedrooms are earmarked for the parents and brother and sisters.

From this narrative ,it is apparent I am not one of the Ivy league graduates! I am the CPA and the oldest of the Heck clan with a CPA office in King of Prussia.

I appreciate all God has given me and as a realtor who has invested in Avalon and Stone Harbor would like to help you purchasing or list a home for sale. Not for the money , but for the opportunity to donate 50-70% of my commissions to Charity.

I purchased my first home out of graduate school and learned to like spaghetti, collect returnable bottles and improved my cleaning skills

I had some excellent job opportunities overseas with Glaxo Smith Kline, bur my love for the beach ( or immaturity ) kept in the States.

I have been renting my properties for over 25 years and

have met some wonderful families and shared some great moments.

I am very disappointed that homeway/vrbo now treats

family rentals same as hotel bookings ! Concept of not

allowing parties to interact prior to final lease is also disappointing -----not sure how long I will stay with this once great site !

This property was the residual on a 1031 exchange .Their are hundreds of homes as nice or nicer ,but this is the most I could afford! The more I use the home ,the more I appreciate its qualities.

Avalon and Stone Harbor have many great homes. I know its my passion

What a house to enjoy our annual trip to Avalon!

We chose this house because of the location (2 blocks from beach and one block to bakery 😍) and it was large enough to accommodate our family. When I walked in I was blown away. It was light and airy and clean. Everyone had their own space. The deck was perfect, with an awning to shade from afternoon sun. You can tell the owners take a personal interest in the property and the tenants. So perfect that we will be back next year.

Perfect in every way

Great home!!! Open, spacious and clean. The home has four bedrooms, but the first floor living room has a sleep sofa and french doors for privacy, so almost like a 5th bedroom. We had 6 adults, 4 college age kids and a set of twins and we had plenty of room. The second floor deck is a nice size to hang out for breakfast or drinks in the evening. The home has a great grill and back yard and a nice outdoor shower. The garage to store beach chairs and bikes was an awesome feature. The price was right too compared to other homes that we looked at in the area. Our group rented 4 homes in the area, but our home was by far the nicest. And the best part....1 block from town and 1 1/2 blocks to the beach.

Comfortable home with great amenities.

We had an extremely pleasant stay in this beautiful home with all of the amenities a beach house should have. It is conveniently located in close proximity (walking distance) to the beach and the beautiful town of Avalon. Sea Isle City and Stone Harbor are short drives away. All of the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It exceeded our expectations and we recommend it highly for your next Avalon visit.

Beautiful house with a great location!

Our family had the best week at this gorgeous Avalon home! It was beautifully maintained and in the perfect location to walk almost anywhere -- only a block from the beach and a block from the downtown!! The rooms were all spacious and clean and the porch was perfect for enjoying the sunset. Thank you so much for allowing us into your beautiful home; we can't wait to come back!
