- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less. Must get approval from Exclusive 30A prior to arrival and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Any unauthorized pets will results in fines and possible eviction.
- Complimentary Use of a 6-seater golf cart for use within Watercolor only. Must be at least 21, sign a waiver, and be a licensed/insured driver to operate
- Complimentary Use of 5 Taxi bikes. The bikes are services weekly to ensure they are ready for you when it's time to explore.
