About the property

This beach condo is one of the most private on the Pelican Point property. The views from the living room and master bedroom are of the magnificent Monterey Bay, with a wonderful place for your eyes to rest, on the Monterey Peninsula. The ample deck is East facing so the sunrises over the South Coast of Monterey Bay. This beach condo is on the third and top level of the building, with the deck overlooking the Ocean.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chair, and ottoman as well as a recliner. The bookshelves are loaded with current as well as classic reading materials.

The dining room is adjacent to the living room with seating for 6, plus 2 barstools at the Island. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, barware, utensils and all small appliances including a coffee maker and microwave oven. The view from the large kitchen window is of the Pajaro Valley.

The master bedroom has a king-size 'Select Comfort' bed, a comfortable padded headboard and bedside lights for night time reading. The master bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower with handheld shower head.

The second bedroom has two twin size beds, the adjacent bathroom has a shower over bathtub. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Very nice place

We had 4 people and did not feel cramped at all. The place is really nice and well maintained, the view is terrific and the beach was uncrowned. Other than the weather the stay was perfect.

Views are awesome!

This place has character, in a good way! The barn wood on the fireplace wall really is cool. The kitchen sink faces the window so while doing dishes (UG) the view is of the valley. Very peaceful place.

There’re plenty of extra linens with a apartment size washer and dryer in unit.

The front window and deck give you a great view of the bay with lots of privacy.

The owner replied promptly and he made himself available for questions.

We cannot wait to go back again.

Great ocean view condo

Great condo. Awesome views of Monterey coastline and ocean. Kitchen has everything you could want for a week or weekend stay. Living room is comfortable and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay here again. Top floor so you don't hear people above.

Pajaro Dunes is located between the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz. There are many wineries in the vicinity too. On property, we have tennis courts, bocce ball as well as volley ball. You can walk west on the beach for hours. The property ends at the mouth of the Pajaro River and the bird watching is fantastic.
