About Gerri Jackson

We are a family owned and operated vacation rental company specializing in luxury homesteads in the Southeastern United States. We have been in this business since 2010 and have goals of expanding to Belize and the Bahamas in order to continue our theme of ecotourism with a flare.

Why Gerri Jackson chose Northeast Florida

Our family has been enjoying the Amelia Island experience for years with our young children and we very quickly decided that this would be an excellent location to own a vacation home. The people are extremely friendly and inviting and the vibe is relaxed. The sun shines brightly and the soft white sand cushions your feet as you stroll along the shore. If you love the beach, water sports and the outdoors, then this is the place for you next vacation!

What makes this house unique

This open and airy home welcomes visitors as they enter the foyer. The gourmet kitchen will delight the chef in you even if your speciality is just scrambled eggs. The two living areas provide ample opportunity for family and friends to kickback, relax and reconnect.

An Amazing Get Away!

  • 5 of 5

The place is as beautiful as the pictures posted. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach and hanging out in the hot tub in the evenings. The Welcome Manual was replete with all of the information needed to feel right at home. "Ms. Elaine" took great care of us when we did have a question. Amelia Island never disappoints. I would highly recommend this lovely vacation home.

lovely clean and near the beach

  • 5 of 5

Perfect location near the beach, nicely furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks here. And it is very private too, nestled in a cute neighbaorhod, on a cul-de-sac with woods in the back. The convenience factor was exqtraordinary...a Publix, Bealls, 2 drug stores, 2 gas stations and numerous restaurants within a half mile yet it felt like miles from the house, as the neighborhood is so sweet. The beach is right down the main street with good parking if you don't go to late. And finally, the owners were unbelievably helpful! The highest compliment I can give is....I would rent this property again.

Even Better The Second Time Around!

  • 5 of 5

Rented this property again and enjoyed the additional amenities of the extended deck and hot tub! We loved watching the sunrise off the ocean, walks and bike rides to the beach, the farmer's market on Saturday, and Captain Carol's boat tour. Amelia Island has so much to offer. We will definitely be back!

What an Oasis!

  • 5 of 5

Had to write this review as we are going back for a second time! We rented the property for the first time, over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was much more beautiful than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen during the day and grilled at night, overlooking a peaceful natural preserve on a comfortable back deck. Some mornings we enjoyed our coffee while sitting in the screen in sunroom. There were bikes for everyone in our group as well as beach towels. They really thought of everything to make us feel right at home. We vowed to return and we are!
