I’m a small business owner here in Austin. I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering at local farms. I love that Austin is a healthy & fit city.

Great location and quite neighborhood
We loved the the place, it was nice and clean. It was literally a cozy home away from home:)
The property was cute and well supplied. Shelli was very kind and communicative and answered my questions about door codes and wifi promptly. Everywhere I needed to go was close by, and the pool was a nice plus. I was very luck to find such a nice place in the very short notice I could give! I booked very last minute and Shelli made it happen by being responsive and accommodating.
Exactly what we needed.
Loved the fact it was close to the Circuit of America's. Shelli bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. It almost felt like we were staying with family. We told so many people about this place.
Conveniently located to down town and other attractions.
Shelli was so accommodating. She responded to all of my questions before, during and after my stay very promptly. She even allowed me to leave my bags in the apartment early.
My only regret was that she doesn't gave cable TV in the apartment. While she gave me a suggestion on how to get cable there, I am not sufficiently techie enough to do that.
Wonderful stay for SXSW!
I stayed at Shelli's home with a couple of friends for SXSW. The apartment was immaculate and had all of the comforts of home (in particular, apple tv, fast internet, and plenty of coffee which was amazing during a busy week!) It was very comfortable and is well decorated. I loved the small details such as the salt lamps and aromatherapy diffusers. We packed three women into this place which I would only recommend if you're close due to the shared sleeping arrangement in the living room, but it's perfect for a couple or two singles.
Location is great close to downtown. We took lyft and ubers to the convention center and it was a quick trip and cheap fare there. Near the apartment, you can find restaurants, Walgreens, and Starbucks which was convenient. In that area, you can tell a lot of development is taking place but it's not super walk-friendly yet (some areas don't have side walks, but you can make it work), but I imagine that will change. Nevertheless, you can walk to Starbucks and that worked for me! They opened up a really great market with wine and fancy chocolates nearby too which I recommend checking out.
Lastly, Shelli was amazing. Though I didn't meet her, she would text to check in and even offered me a ride or to get me something when she found herself with some free time. You could tell she really cared about her guests and I really appreciated her hospitality! I would definitely stay here again!
The place was very cute, nicely decorated.... very comfortable bed! Close to everything.
Lady Bird Lake is across the street. There is SUP/kayak rental within walking distance.
