If you've decided on an Anna Maria Island vacation, it's probably because you like to see the water. And if you like to see the water, you can't find a better spot than this wonderful two-bedroom, two-bath ground floor condo in Seaside Gardens, where the water is so close, you may forget you're still on land!
This charming unit features a newly remodeled kitchen that opens to the dining area. There is comfortable seating in the living room with a whole wall of beautiful views of the water.
Additionally there are New Owners with New Renovations coming in Summer 2018!
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo supplied with plenty of fluffy towels and linens, and great water views of the sunrise. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as walk-in closets, twin beds and a television. The laundry room is outside the front entrance. Pelagic Palace sleeps up to 4 guests.
Seaside Gardens is a friendly community located in the heart of Holmes Beach, offering loads of choices right at your doorstep. Walk to the library, shops, restaurants, and the beach, or go a bit further afield by hopping on the free Island Trolley; the northbound line stops right at the end of the street. A ride on the trolley will connect you to shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue, the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum, the Island Players Theater, the historic Anna Maria City Pier, and lots more opportunities to hit our gorgeous beaches.
From your unit you can also walk into Holmes Beach and catch the southbound trolley for a visit to Bradenton Beach and historic Bridge Street, or take a stroll on the miles of beachfront paths that run along Coquina Beach. You might also decide to connect to other lines that can take you to Longboat Key, St. Armands Circle, and the artistic options available in downtown Sarasota.
If a water adventure is your style, bring your kayaks and launch them right off your personal dock. The dock also happens to be a great place to fish. Bringing your own boat? The Holmes Beach public boat launch is conveniently located next door.
You don't have to be a boater or a fisherman, however, to enjoy the beauty of Pelagic Palce's water views. The large patio is likely to become your favorite spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun. It's also a great spot for bird-watching, and is a favorite with the elegant birds of prey and sea birds.

The property was a 1960's, 2 bedroom small town house on the water. Some repairs were needed.
We loved our time in Holmes Beach. We saw dolphins, pelicans and osprey off the deck. 80's daily and beautiful. We would definitely go back and stay longer.
Hi David! Thank you for your review! We're so glad you loved your stay at Pelagic Palace. By next summer, renovations will be complete on this home - of course keeping the priceless view for even more wildlife watching. We can't wait to see you again next year for another perfect beach vacation. -Ed and Candy, Owners, Beach Rentals
Amazing view from the deck!
We saw lots for pelicans and parrots and even dolphins one day. We weren’t too far from beach and the island has many great restaurants. The home was a little dated but fulfilled our needs! We would definitely stay again. I hope the new owner completes the renovations quickly, so we can book for next year.
Hi Natalie! We're so glad you had a great stay at Pelagic Palace and got to enjoy the wildlife native to Anna Maria Island! The great renovation planned for this home will make it an even better vacation home. We hope to see you again soon and can't wait to help plan your next vacation. -Ed and Candy, Owners, Beach Rentals
Villa Roma is a classic beachy rental with great view.
Great, nostalgic property. We loved having covered parking, private washer/dryer and ability to fish directly off the dock. The property could be viewed as dated, but we viewed it as mid-century with paneled walls, tiled floors and jalousie windows all across the back of unit. One neighbor was a bit less favorable, but we reported early on and don't think he will be an issue for future guests. Property management company were very informative and helpful. We will reserve again for our stay next year. If this one goes up for sale in the future, please let us know.
Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay--the owners are currently renovating the property to upgrade a few things that we know you'll love when you come back! We apologize about the neighbor...normally Anna Maria Island is very friendly. We will look forward to hosting you again soon! -Candy and Ed, Owners, BeachRentals
Great location. Older and quaint property
Great location. Gorgeous view and you can't beat location. The property is not for someone looking for a beautiful, updated, beachy feel. It's very very very dated on the inside and doubtfully has ever seen a single renovation or update. Not important to us, but may be to some.
Thanks for your review! This property was recently acquired by the family after a relative passed it on. The kitchen has already been renovated and the rest of the property is being renovated by the family starting April 15, 2017! We look forward to future guests coming to stay at the totally renovated Villa Roma with its great location and gorgeous views! - Candy and Ed, BeachRentals
