Great 2nd row condo in Pelican's Landing just off of quiet Shore Drive. The unit is minutes from Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, a 24 hour super Wal Mart, and 24 hour Kroger. This unit is a 3rd floor Unit with a skylight. The condo is in the popular Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. Pelican's Landing features covered parking, mature landscaping,and 2 outdoor pools. The courtyard pool area outside of our building has a kids pool, BBQ area, and play area. The building has elevators for easy access.
Our condo sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bathroom, and private deck overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private half bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TV.
The living area of the condo features a full sized sofa, wet bar, dining room table that comfortably seats 6. There is a screened porch off the living room perfect enjoying the salty ocean air while reading the morning paper while drinking a cup of coffee. The condo has its own washer and dryer. There is a screened-in porch at the entrance for convenient storage of all your beach toys.
The Apache Pier is just a short ½ mile walk on the beach and offers fishing, entertainment, and a local restaurant with a great breakfast. In the evening Ocean Annie's Beach Club is a short walk up the beach. Pelican's Landing is 3 miles South of Barefoot Landing, 7 miles North of Broadway at the Beach.
If you are a golfer this is the place for you. Myrtle Beach has close to 100 golf courses three of which were designed by renowned golfer Arnold Palmer. If you don’t golf there are plenty of great theme restaurants nearby such as Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood and more. For more of a local flavor head south to Murrells Inlet and visit Drunken Jack’s or one of the other great places. There are several theme parks nearby including several water parks, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Believe it or Not, the newly remodeled boardwalk, and many more. We are also right around the corner from Tanger Outlet Mall.

This is a smoke free unit. No smoking is allowed inside the unit. Association rules say no pets, motorcycles or trailers.

Just returned home from the condo. Everything was just like described and in the pictures. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Skylight is a bonus. Wifi worked well. Tv's in every room. View of pool from balconies was nice for the kids. The walk from the elevator to the beach access is about 200 yards. Washer and dryer seemed new and worked well. Parking is directly under the building and covered. Kitchen was well equipped. Finn McCools is about a mile away and a nice place for drinks or a quick meal. We were a little less excited by flip flops bar right next door. Beach is very crowded in season and the county policy on umbrellas is ridiculous, but had nothing to do with the unit itself which was lovely. Our girls would have liked to use the pool by the beach, which there are pictures of in the description, but there is a sign that says a pool tag is required to use that pool. We didn't want to get into a hassle so we stayed out. This unit is very well priced compared to some of the other units and the owners manage it themselves and were very easy to deal with!
Comfortable furniture and beds, well-equipped kitchen. This condo has been our home away from home for over ten years as a winter rental and is always spic and span clean when we arrive. We've noted upgrades by the owners every year - the latest being a new washer and dryer. Great décor and lots of TLC. Close to the beach, tourist attractions and shopping.
We've stayed here many times! Great location, immaculate, well-kept condo, good view of the ocean, easy walk to many fun things, great bike riding area. Anything you may need you can find in this condo.....appliances, great washer and dryer. We won't stay any where else in the Myrtle Beach area. Highly recommend.
This is our 2nd year staying at Pelican's landing, we have been coming down to Myrtle Beach for 10 years. The unit was "truly clean" when we arrived, this is one of the nicest units we have stayed in. It is well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable including a new washer/dryer. Nights spent on the enclosed front porch were very relaxing & comfortable. The condo is on the 3rd floor, & has an AWESOME skylight right over the dinning/living area which lets in light all day long. Having more than 1 bath made it very easy for getting ready for us to go out at night. The condo is close to all shopping (Tanger Outlet, Wal Mart, Barefoot landing, Kroger, & many more stores.) There are alot of restaurants within driving distance, & walking distance, which makes lazy nights out easy after spending all day at the beach. The pool is clean, & enough chairs for everyone. We are looking forward to spending many more visits each year here...Thanks for another wonderful vacation!!!
My family has been coming to this location since the late 90's and we have always had a great time. The unit has been updated nicely over the years and is always in great shape when we arrive. The location is ideal since you are off 17; yet it offers easy access to many locations.
The area is great for families. We have even rented several units and made if a big family vacation. Families of all ages have fun and build great memories.
We recommend this unit because it is spacious - 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you need. The owner has been easy to work with. We highly recommend this unit!
