Why Rebecca Robertson chose Weaverville
Located, only 6 miles from Downtown Asheville and minutes to Weaverville. So sweet. A rare opportunity to glimpse an artist lifestyle. The propery is filled w flowers and gardens,a pond ,mature trees, oaks, dogwoods, redbuds. Medicinal garden includes solumans seal ,trilliums, comfrey ,Motherwort and borage. I have an apiary( bee temple) at the lower end of the property- our bees are out of site but, you are welcome to walk over to the properties edge and come sit and observe them. It's a mountain retreat , so enchanting you may even glimpse a Farie from the corner of your eye. The YMCA and Beaver Lake are close by for a workout or walk. Grocery stores with in 3 miles. There is a Deck on the back of the cabin and garden for morning coffee or sunset glass of beer or wine. Gas log stove adds charm, romance and warmth. Brimming w artwork. It is both peaceful and quiet. NOTE: The road is a little bumpy and walkway is a little uneven and the charm is unequivocal Note: The cabin is in the woods. Great week in a superb setting
Rebecca was great and the cottage was awesome, a unique setting with trees and art. The cottage was comfortable and clean with all the necessities proved.
Rebecca was a wonderful host and we loved her cottage.
Perfectly off the beaten track but super easy to find and close to everything. We highly recommend and will look forward to returning to the wishingwell!

So fortunate that We had beautiful weather in asheville as the hurricane stormed the coast
Excellent little getaway bungalow
Great property. love its proximity to downtown while keeping it quiet in a cozy neighborhood
It was inspiring to see your daughter painting in the garden

Would love to book again
Great rustic retreat
We really enjoyed our stay at Wishing Tree. Not super-fancy, but clean, cozy and peaceful. The cabin and location suited our needs perfectly (a short drive into Asheville). Rebecca was helpful and easy to reach via text if we had questions.
So glad you had a good time
This property is as advertised and was perfect for a quick getaway. We liked it being away from downtown Asheville, but close enough to get there. Being one level with no steps was perfect for our elderly dog. AC is available, but we kept the windows open for fresh air. Rebecca sent explicit directions for finding the property since it is a bit off the beaten path and she was responsive to questions.
