The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has all new appliances. A brand new full size washer and dryer unit can be found on the second floor. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. The second floor bedrooms offer TVs, as well as a Play station II. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and for your convenience the home is equipped with a cell signal booster. The house is fully furnished and complete with all linens and towels.

Many of Lincoln’s favorite restaurants (Common Man, Gordi’s) are within short walking distance. You can also walk to the center of town for shopping, movies or a play in the theater.
Please note that we follow a strict no pets, no smoking policy.
House is pretty nice, although it is a little old so it depends on your standards. One concern is for young children, the spindles for stair banister and balcony are far apart creating a space that a young child can fall through. Would not recommend for family with child under 5. Otherwise I was pleased with the stay. Good location.
Spent a long weekend in August in Lincoln. Annual girlfriend getaway - focus on fun and relaxation! Unfortunately, there were painters interfering on 2 of the 4 days of our stay. Highlights include being awoken at 8:30am by slamming of ladders and painters perched right outside the upstairs bedroom windows. Also had the front door painter (dark red) and were not told - one favorite shirt ruined. The owner was very sorry, and apparently was not aware that the painting was happening, but did not offer any compensation for this very unprofessional experience. Not cool!
