Beautiful home in perfect location.

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely lovely house. Beautiful renovation and perfect location-just a short walk to town. Beds were well appointed and comfortable! Everything we needed was there. We had an amazing time-would book this house again in a heartbeat. Also a special comment that the real estate company the manages the property went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided welcome treats and small toys for the children and any literature you could ever want on the island itself. A+!

High End Appointments with Classic Nantucket Charm

  • 5 of 5

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The home had high end appointments that you would find in any top tier hotel. The beds and linens made the conclusion of every day that more welcoming. The homeowner's real estate office provided a local point of contact for all of our questions and needs. This was one of our best HomeAway experiences to date! Thank you!

Nantucket's "downtown" area is full of charm and beauty. Built in 1850, this home has become part of Nantucket's long standing history from whaling industry to today! From prosperous fishing village to Summer destination, Nantucket has focused on maintaining the quaint details - cobblestone streets, shingled houses, pristine beaches - and preserving its charm for generations to come.

72 Union Street sits aptly on the two-way portion of Union Street, making access a breeze whether coming or going out of Town. Just down the street is a scenic Goose Pond, where ducks and wildlife tend to linger, and for convenience sake, a Cumberland Farms! The closest bar/restaurant is just a few doors down at 56 Union. They serve delicious home-cooked dinners with hand made pastas and more. Francis Street Beach is hardly a stone's throw! It gives way to access the entire harbor, but also available are paddle board and kayak rentals! Just beyond the is Sayle's Seafood, where you can order take-out seafood and sit on the beach or even a cooked clambake to take home! Truly a great area for friends and family!
