Hallway features adjoining split bathroom (shower, too) with pocket doors that leads to a tastefully designed Queen bedroom, laundry room and stairs leading upstairs. Living Room includes all slip-covered upholstery.
Second floor features beautiful original flooring, Queen guest bedroom with adjoining bathroom (tub and shower combination). This bedroom is street side, so there may be a little extra road noise during the day time. Gracious 2nd floor landing. Master King suite with his and her closets, marble master bath with large glass partition shower heated towel rack, and full deck looking out towards the harbor is comfortable with 2 teak steamer lounge chairs and umbrella.

72 Union Street sits aptly on the two-way portion of Union Street, making access a breeze whether coming or going out of Town. Just down the street is a scenic Goose Pond, where ducks and wildlife tend to linger, and for convenience sake, a Cumberland Farms! The closest bar/restaurant is just a few doors down at 56 Union. They serve delicious home-cooked dinners with hand made pastas and more. Francis Street Beach is hardly a stone's throw! It gives way to access the entire harbor, but also available are paddle board and kayak rentals! Just beyond the is Sayle's Seafood, where you can order take-out seafood and sit on the beach or even a cooked clambake to take home! Truly a great area for friends and family!

Security deposits are equal to 10% of the rental reservation or $650, greater amount prevails. Security deposits are refundable up to 60 days after the tenant's departure, and sent via check, less any incurred costs, to the address on the executed lease. The security deposit quoted is an example and not necessarily applicable to all rentals.
Payment structure and scheduling is determined by the property manager and will be outlined specifically on the lease. Payments are usually structured in 2-3 payments permitting there is adequate time between booking and arrival. Some rentals may require payment in full.
Short term stays of less than 5 nights may be required to pay for turnover cleaning in the amount of $200.
