Two Queen Sized beds, two sofa beds, Sony 48” LED TV with Netflix, Blue-ray DVD player, Printer and Scanner, GPS, WiFi, local telephone calls, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, one underground parking and all the little extras included.

Just like staying at home! I love my mom and dad, so always remember to love them, because they always love you! Finally, we have my brother , Kevin.He is 21 years old, and goes to the university. I love my brother because he likes to talk to me, and we have lots of fun together. He is the best sibling ever and i can't imagine life without him. Wonderful modern apartment with stunning views
We can't fault this accommodation at all- it is truly fantastic. It is a great location ideal for exploring Toronto on foot and is equipped with everything you could need and more. Kenny our host was extremely helpful and welcoming (he gave us a full guided tour of the apartment and all the facilities in the block even though it was late when we arrived). The apartment was very clean and full of extra touches which really helped to make our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to Toronto and hope to return ourselves one day.
Thank you Helen and Kenny for sharing your beautiful condo w us. Your condo was very well equipped from bathrooms to kitchen and also we loved and enjoyed the swimming pool. We loved the location. Walking distance to CN Tower ! The neighborhood is very nice and safe. It is nice that we got a parking spot inside the building. The condo is very spacious and has wall to wall windows that makes it bright and open. The beds are comfortable and the furnitures are nice. It made our family reunion ( my sis and bro from Iran and my mom and I from The U.S) very pleasant. We highly recommend this place. Also Thank you Helen for sending us chocolate cookies. We loved them.very sweet of you.
Stunning apartment with amazing views

Our two-night stay at Helen and Kenny’s condo was fantastic. When we arrived, Kenny was there to greet us and show us the loft. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He provided a tour of our condo and there were many amenities provided for everyday use which were unexpected. His hospitality was phenomenal; I’ve never seen anything like it! Kenny took it upon himself to show me where the parking was, building amenities, and trash shoot. The loft was beautiful itself. It was very clean and looked even better than the photos! The view from the loft was absolutely stunning. If I was to come back I would highly consider staying at the same place. The location is walking distance to the CN tower, restaurants and nightlife. Everything was great! I highly recommend staying at this condo.
When we walked it we were very impressed and found the views were spectacular.
We were four women in Toronto for three days of fun and relaxation. From the time we booked the owners kept in touch with us and were quick to respond to e mails with answers to any questions we had . They met us at the condo and we're welcoming , pleasant and informative . There were booklets with detailed information on everything we needed to know from garbage disposal to parking. They had lots of tourists info and pamphlets for us tourists available as well. I had one question while there and Kenby was quick to respond! The condo was clean and updated with everything we needed. They had hair products, body wash and some basic supplies in the kitchen . The beds and bedding were very comfortable and with four women two bathrooms was especially great. We loved the location of the condo and the views were spectacular especially with the sun rising and setting. We all felt that we would definately recommend this property for others and would stay there again if in Toronto.

Short Term Rental Agreement This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Renter”) and the undersigned owner, ____ , pursuant to which the Renter has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein. 1. Property: 21 Iceboat Terrace, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5V 4A9 2. Duration: From 4:00 pm (check-in no sooner than 4 pm) ____________________(check-in date) to 10:00 am (check-out no later than 10 am) _____________________(check-out date). 3. Occupancy: Renter agrees that no more than 6 persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Renter under this Agreement. 4. Rental Payments: The total rent for this property should be the sum of _______________ ____________________(total rental costs, including tax and cleaning fee) Dollars. This payment for the rent is due in full with the signed agreement 45 days before check-in date.
