Three bedroom, 5 beds, 2.5 bath. Luxury home with pool access.

You'll feel like you're staying at a resort in this executive three bedroom home. Situated adjacent to Santa Clara University and just blocks from the CalTrain station, this is a perfect location for exploring Silicon Valley.

This luxury home was built in 2006 and has all the amenities you would expect in a resort-style accommodation. All linens, bedding, towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. are provided. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. An additional twin mattress/roll-away is available upon request.

Guests have access to the entire house, 2-car garage, and community swimming pool.

CalTrain station is just a few blocks away, with access directly to San Francisco. Downtown San Jose, Levi's stadium, San Jose airport, and the Convention center are all just a few minutes away by car.

* Stays of 3 weeks or more require cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional $150 charge per cleaning.

* Reservation Changes: For moves of the same duration, there is no change fee if we receive your request more than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, a $200 change fee applies. Guests are responsible for any price increase for the new nights. Cancellation fees may apply for moves more than 30 days days from original arrival date.

* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking via HomeAway are allowed to stay at the property.

* Bookings of 30 days or more and not subject to tax fee. Please disregard the tax fee on quotes longer than 30 nights.

* Renter must be age 25 or older. No one under the age of 25 is permitted to be at the property without a 25-or-older guest also present. Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking.

* No pets. No smoking. Full Renter's Guide provided 14 days prior to arrival. Some common sense rules include but are not limited to 1) no raging parties 2) Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol and taking out their own trash 3) Garage openers, passes, pool keys etc. (if applicable) must stay at the property (fees for removal apply).

Great location close to SCU!

This property is so close to Santa Clara University! We walked to the graduation events.

The home is clean, has modern, up to date appliances and is very comfortable.

Loved cooling off in the community pool, the area is quiet and upscale.

Would definitely recommend this home for any visits to SCU and the Santa Clara area!

We loved the pool and the house is clean and modern.

Overall it's a 5 star place if there wasn't train noise 24-7 coming in master window. We live in a quiet town I wasn't prepared for sleeping with this and even the vibrations of the train would wake me up. The condo is clean, the owner is nice, we really loved the pool and property, if you are used to city noises it probably is perfect.

Clean, modern and comfortable

Reserved this for business travel in San Jose. Very close to airport and the Santa Clara train station. Stayed here with two other colleagues and it was very comfortable. Plenty of room, good wifi and in a nice neighborhood.

The train station is very close so at times it can be a bit noisy if you aren't used to it, but it didn't bother us.

Great place near Santa Clara University

We visited from Denver to drop son off at college. The place was great, very comfortable for 3 kids and 2 adults. The landscaping and the saltwater pool were very upscale.. Very friendly residents in the complex, is essentially on the Santa Clara campus. There were very clear instructions and Robert was great to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home with very responsive owner

We stayed here (3 adults plus a child) for 3 weeks or so, the front door is a very short walk from the pool. It's a really nice development, the neighbors are very friendly and look after each other. The home itself is very modern, furnished in a manner one might call "Pottery Barn". It's just across from Santa Clara University, and not far from a Whole Foods and other similar establishments. (There is also a first rate Japanese restaurant not far away called Hatcho, we went twice and on both occasions were the only westerners.)

But perhaps the best thing was the landlord. Robert Lane was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the next time I'm in the area I'm going to begin my housing search by looking at places he owns.
