This apartment is on the 10th floor of the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel which is on the beach. The apartment has an expansive view of the city and inter-coastal waterway. There is a heated pool and the beach right out the back door! Poolside dining, a large Tiki bar and beautiful landscaping await you. The food on the premises is very good with a good variety of selections.

The studio contains two Queen Size beds.

The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, ceramic cook top, sink and deluxe microwave.

Coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glassware, plates and silverware are supplied.

Tiled floors throughout .

All linens and towels are supplied

Iron and ironing board is supplied.

Laundry facilities are located in the resort basement .

Valet parking is provided to our guests at $10/day

High-speed Internet wireless is available in the apartment and lobby.

The apartment was clean and comfy and spacious enough for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter. Location is perfect!! The beach is in your backyard. The Tiki hut had an amazing breakfast. We were visiting family and friends so we were often out but could have easily enjoyed 5 days at the property by the pool and beach. The owners were always available to answer questions before our trip and while in FL, the property manager answered any questions promptly. We only had questions, never needed anything as everything was supplied and in great order. A great vacation!

Perfect location with amazing amenities!

Perfect weekend getaway. The property manager, Elizabeth was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed! She went above and beyond! The room was stocked with lots of towels and even some suntan lotion (which was great because we forgot to pack ours!). Perfect location for everything- a short 15 min walk one way is the ft lauderdale by the sea which has tons of restaurants and shops, and less than a 10 min walk the other way is starbucks, the winn dixie, dunkin donuts, etc. The best part about the hotel is the direct beach access, large pool, and tiki bar! The restaurant in the hotel , casa calabria is amazing too! We would definitely stay again. Thank you to Jerry and Elizabeth for a memorable trip!

Cute, cozy, well-maintained!

I received a call a couple days before my check in from Elizabeth who manages the location - she was sweet, knowledgeable, and grateful. She asked questions about my trip so she could give me the best advice - what is in the area, things to do, locations to visit, etc. The day of, I got the entry information and when I arrived everything was clean and well-maintained. During my stay, they had to install a new stove top that was previously broken. (My stay was booked very last minute and they felt terrible having to enter while they had a guest.) They were so thankful and apologetic that they had to come in - honestly no issue on my end! :) I would highly recommend this location! It is laid out like a hotel - two queen beds, a dresser/TV, and one high-top table with three bar chairs.

Great location!

The owner and property manager are awesome and very responsive to our needs. The unit is sufficient for a beach vacation...nothing fancy. The location is can walk to all sorts of restaurants and the grocery store. The Tiki bar is fun. This was our second time staying at the owners properties.

Wonderful Visit

We totally enjoyed our stay.This apartment is near everything and within walking distance to many places. Lauderdale by the Sea is about a mile but an easy walk and many shops and restaurants. Love the beach right in your backyard and the Tiki Bar . Plenty to do right in the complex . Shooters was a great place for sunset happy hour and that was an easy walk too. Room was clean and roomy for my husband and I. The beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time I visit.
