Loved this cottage!

It had everything you needed. Since it was cold and rainy, we even used the heater that they supply and it worked great. Cottage was so clean! Thank you Andy and Pat for an amazing weekend! Will definitely be back

great wholesome fun

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was clean and cozy and Pat was really nice. It was great going canoeing, swimming and spending the day on the delaware river. We didn't have to go anywhere else! There was even a box of games and toys to keep my 6 and 4yr old entertained! We had a great stay and would definitely come again!

Cute little cottage on the water!

  • 5 of 5

Had a great stay here. Came up for a concert at Bethel Woods for the first time and discovered this while searching for places to stay. This is a perfect location if going to Bethel Woods. The town of Callicoon is right across the river and has several restaurants and a nice little farmers market during the summer. Cottage is very cozy and clean. View is amazing, and the little beach area is wonderful. We used the kayak and went out on the river. Pat and Andy are great and if you need anything just let them know. I loved the setting and will definitely be back if we go up for another concert.

Quaint little cottage on the Delaware River. Clean & well cared for. Owners are friendly and helpful. The view is breathtaking. We were only there for a quick getaway to visit family in the area- wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect for a short getaway

  • 5 of 5

This was the second time our family of five have stayed at this property. The location is perfect, as you are right on the river. We have three boys ranging in age from 11-17. We spent four days on the river from 31 July - 4 August. The fact that you have a canoe and kayak available for your unlimited use is ideal, we went fishing and caught plenty of bass. It is a great time getting our boys away from their electronics and able to just relax and spend some quality time as a family. We saw the beavers every morning, deer drinking, bald eagles, and herring. We brought along DVDs from the library at night, we were too exhausted to do much of anything. We also did a rafting trip one of the days, I highly recommending doing a day on the river. It was a great time and thanks to Pat and Andy for allowing us this experience.
