I lived in this building for several years, while working downtown. I have alway felt this home to be safe and in a great location. The doormen/women are super helpful and the amenities second to none. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed or I would be back living there !
Location, Location, Location!
The Ritz, Four Seasons, Marriott, and other big end hotels agree and are my neighbors but with a much higher price tag!
The place looked great, was clean, and had everything we could have needed. It was much better staying in the hotel, and they were very friendly and helpful at check-in. It had a nice view and I could open the sliding door in the morning for fresh air. The fact that there was a parking spot made renting a car so much easier and we were able to get around no problem. It's right near places to eat and walking distance to the convention center. It worked out wonderfully and I'd definitely stay there again!
I traveled to Denver for a choir festival at the Performing Arts Center. Having been there before for a similar event, I knew I didn't want to stay in a hotel for a week. I found this property and was thrilled to be able to book it. It is a great location - close enough to walk to the PAC (10-15 minutes), but far enough away to be quiet at night. It was also very close to Union Station, which made getting to/from the airport a breeze.
The unit itself was very clean and clearly well cared for. The regular check-in person was unavailable for our arrival, but Teresa had already set up an alternate for us - Jacob. Jacob was very accommodating and met us when we were available to check in. The condo was perfect for the three people we had staying. Enough space for all of us, and comfortable sleeping. Check out was also incredibly easy, which we appreciated on an early Saturday morning.
This is a great unit for 3-4 adults. I would absolutely recommend it, and stay here again in the future.
Not sure where to start with this place! Everything was so perfect! Let's start with Location! Larimer Square is the historic first block of Denver. Google it. This beautiful condo is 2 blocks away from Larimer Square which has many fine restaurants, shops, cocktail lounges (historic prohibition era). NOW the condo...High end décor...Dishwasher...Huge refrigerator...Huge Master walk in closet....Great Internet...Great Coffee Machine...Terry even has a first aid kit!.....Very comfortable throughout...Memory foam mattress...Fireplace...Jetted tub...Very quiet corner unit...Easy to navigate building...5th Floor has Pool, Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Ping Pong, Pool Table and outdoor area with tennis court basketball and walking path that goes around entire building. 2nd Floor has outdoor BBQ areas with tons of seating and canopies. Terry was a pleasure to communicate with. Terry is there when you need her and not if you don't need her. Total privacy. We felt like we were staying in our very own fabulous condo! (for 4 days anyway) Terry has a great system with keys and parking pass. My husband and I were impressed with this system we've never seen before. 1 small key fob you wave in front of locks such as 2nd and 5th floor amenities. Also used for the elevator, condo and front door. Very safe and secure building. Terry has this rental thing down to a science!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Extremely comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, everything you could want. Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which we had completely to ourselves every time we used them. The location is great, close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo if you are making a trip to Denver!!
We loved staying in this apartment with our two boys. The location was fantastic and close to everything downtown has to offer. We walked to Coors Field, Union Station and tons of restaurants. There is even a wine shop around the corner for provisions! The free garage parking was a major bonus as we drove all around the city as well. The apartment was super clean, and well maintained with lots of high-end finishes and upgrades. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Keurig was a welcome amenity. My boys loved the jetted tub, they thought it was so fancy and fun! Both beds were very comfy and the bedrooms were spacious with lots of drawer and closet space. I don't have a negative thing to say about Terry's place! She was easy to work with and everything went very smooth. I highly recommend it!
My wife and I were in Denver for a wedding recently and stayed in this property! The location is ideal for walking anywhere in downtown Denver! Very quiet inside and more than enough room for at least 4 adults and a couple of Children. The property was set up just like our home would be, we never had to look far for anything! The inclusion of a parking space was fantastic since we drove into town. We did not get a chance to check out the pool, hot tub or outdoor areas that are also available, but if they are anything like the rest of the building Im sure they are great. We would like to thank the owner again!
This established, sophisticated, secure high rise is located in the heart of Lo-Do. Walk to shops and restaurants in Larimer Square and16th Street Mall, Coors Field, The Pepsi Center, REI Flagship, the Capital Buildings, US Mint, Denver Art Museum. Bring your bike! just a couple of blocks to Cherry Creek Trail and Confluence Park.
