About the apartment:

This 78 square meters duplex apartment rental is located on the first floor of a private and secure residential building without an elevator. It has been recently refurbished and features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The living, kitchen and dining areas are found on the lower level. The cosy living room features a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep a 5th guest if required. There is a flat screen television with cable channels as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat. You will also find a dining table and chairs should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many Charlotte Street restaurants.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, double, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Additional linens are available for the sofa bed. The apartment has one full modern bathroom complete with a combination bathtub/shower, hand washbasin, heated towel rail, toilet and hair dyer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well. A second water closet is located on the lower level and contains a toilet and hand sink.

This flat is vis-à-vis with the neighbouring building but there are curtains to ensure your privacy when needed. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

Unbeatable Location

This apartment has an unbeatable location! It's really close to everything in London - Tube, restaurants (go one block behind to Charlotte Street and you'll have trouble picking a place to eat there's so many to choose from), grocery stores (including an all-organic place a few blocks down), pubs and shopping. It's a good base for staying in London for a few days. We found the city to be very walkable for what we wanted to do. The apartment itself is as-pictured. Simple but very clean and spacious enough for 4-5 people. We appreicated Clement being so accommodating with our arrival time. We would recommend this property to relatives and friends and certainly stay again.

Nice place.

Nice place, clean, very convenient to buses, soho , restaurants, grocery stores.. kind of stark but grew on me.. all in all a great place to stay .

Nice apartment in a backyard, all windows look into offices, so no great view, but very quiet.

2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom. The double beds a bit narrow and one big blanket for 2 persons. As a German I'm not used to that, I prefer my private blanket. No hooks in the bathroom, a bit difficult - 4 persons = 4 towels, but otherwise a clean and modern bathroom. 1 Dining/livingroom downstairs, just the right size as you don't spend a lot of time in the apartment when you are in London. A well-equipped kitchen and a very practical toilet near the entrance. No hooks/ no wardrobe in the entrance, I really missed those for jackets etc. Perfectly situated, between two underground stations in easy walking distance and next to a bus station on a one-way-street, perfect for returning home in the evening. Handing over the keys was well organized, even some hours before the official time. All in all very recommendable.

Nous étions 4 à passer un séjour dans cet appartement proche de Oxford Street. La personne d’accueil nous a attendu gentiment quand on a eu du retard à cause de notre vol. Remise des clés et codes pour la connexion WIFI rapide et gratuite, briefing pour la sécurité et démonstrations des nombreuses fonctions de l'appartement, etc. La cuisine était complètement équipée pour préparer des repas à la maison. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et les literies très confortables. 1 salle de bain complète et 2 toilettes. Je ne peux que recommander ces grands appartements a proximité de tout à Londres.

Very Nice London Stay

Recently stayed here with a colleague while in London for a conference. The place is modern and clean. The living area is quaint and cosy and the bedrooms very comfortable. The apartment looks a little better than in the photos which was a nice surprise. It has all the amenities you need - hair dryer, sheets, towels, coffee maker, etc etc. to make a short stay comfortable and convenient! The manager was very professional and responsive and his on-site contact in London was a very nice young man, easy to reach by phone for any questions/directions. Location is great - Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford Street,British Museum, etc are all within walking distance. Lots of delicious restaurants in the vicinity so you won't have trouble finding a place to eat, the problem will be choosing where!

Centrally Located with Convenient Tube Access

We were met at the flat earlier than we had planned as we ended up arriving early and did not want to stand in the rain with our suitcases. Paul's assistant was really understanding and came and met us which was most convenient. He was most welcoming and provided us with a brief overview of the flat as well as of the immediate area.

The flat was just as is was listed. It was centrally located and was conveniently located close to the tube and easy access to buses outside our door. The flat was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of fou adults. It was great to have the half bath as well as the full bath upstairs with the bedrooms. It was wonderful to have the kitchen for breakfast and snacks, especially with a grocery store situated just one block away. We very much enjoyed our stay in London and we would happily return here for a short stay.
