This condominium is for those who enjoy the beach. Located across the street from the beach with unobstructed views from a private porch, this condo is on the corner of the Atrium Villas. Seabrook Island beaches are private, family friendly, and not crowded. An amenity card is not available for the Seabrook Island Club.
Due to severe family allergies, this unit does not allow pets nor smoking.
Guests have access to the Property Owners Lake House, which features a workout facility, playground, basketball court, and indoor/outdoor pools. The Lake House is located near the entrance to Seabrook Island. An amenity card for the Seabrook Island Club is not available, therefore our guests do not have access to the Seabrook Island Club.
A golf course is located approximately 5 minutes from the entrance to Seabrook Island, and nearby Kiawah Island has an additional 3 courses available.
Bohicket Marina offers fishing charters for inshore and offshore, motor boat rentals, and restaurants. Additional restaurants and shopping are located at Fresh Fields. Seabrook Island is a 30 minute drive from Charleston, voted the Most Desirable Place to Visit by Travel magazine in 2010.

My wife and 1-year-old daughter met up with my mom and brother to spend 5 amazing days at this wonderful villa. Beautiful view, easy beach access, comfortable beds. Everything was perfect!
Our family enjoyed a delightful week in the Atrium Villa. It was very comfortable, especially the 2 bedrooms and separate baths. The best part of our stay was the beautiful balcony with ocean view. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool at the Lake House with our granddaughter. Hope to return next summer.
My best friends and I had a wonderful long weekend! Condo was very well equipped, clean and very comfortable! We really enjoyed the L-shaped porch... It made our morning coffee even more enjoyable. Cannot wait to visit again! The views from both bedrooms were breathtaking. Beach was gorgeous and had very easy access. Very close to restaurants and shopping.
Stay was very enjoyable. Mr. Morrow was responsive and answered our few questions/requests very quickly. The beach access at the beach club across the little road from the unit is the closest but is not accessible in the 2 hours before and after high tide. However, the other accesses (9 of them I think) are within a close walking/driving distance. Access #1 and 2 are at the North End of the island and the beach is especially beautiful there (with handicap access). The unit was reasonably equipped although not for serious cooking. Everything was very clean and the beds comfortable! Bring your own paper products and coffee filters as those were enough to get started. Highly recommend this unit.
The pictures show the true condo. The L shaped deck was totally private, and had shade and sun at the same time so you could choose what you wanted. The two master suites was an added plus and being separated by kitchen, dining and living rooms was perfect for privacy. Just a note to advise you that the beach goes away at high tide right there across from condo and on down the beach to your right as you face the ocean. Saw dolphins as they made their way west and then back east in the morning. Deer on the beach and in front yards of homes we enjoyed. They're not afraid. Teeter-Harris outside the gate was perfect and we even needed the doctor in their little village, too. Beautiful setting. Saw the Angel Tree that is on the way to Seabrook which was quite amazing, just drive slowly on the unpaved road. It's certainly a different setting from Myrtle Beach, which is where we started our vacation. I even got educated by a "local" one morning on the beach. You can get wet from the elevator to your condo, but parking garage and carts surely came in handy. Something new everywhere you go. Thanks!

We did not realize the resort feel Seabrook Island has – the drive to the villas through the manicured landscaping and gracious homes filled us with anticipation! Having an elevator and luggage carts ready to finish the final leg of our journey was a most pleasant surprise. The parking garage (and entire property) was well-maintained; now that's a challenge at the beach.
The view from the villa is picture-postcard perfect - we even saw the full moon on the ocean water through the swaying palm trees!!! As we walked the whole property one morning, we can truly say that it is unmatched in privacy and view.
The deep, tiled, wrap-around veranda offers high quality, comfortable and ample seating options - and boasts three new sliding doors into the villa itself (one from each bedroom, and one from the kitchen/den area). This, along with the ideal layout, allowed my early-rising mom to make coffee and enjoy the morning on the veranda. Most of the day, it was in the shade along with a refreshing breeze, as the patio is fully covered. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, and saw more bicycles than cars. As it was hardly even noticeable, we want to point out how incredibly minor "crossing the street" to the beach was for us. We do not remember even hearing or noticing cars as the villa is well above the street and there is simply no traffic. This is not a regular street, at all. This is a secluded, private island with plenty of pelican and dolphin sightings! We took lovely walks every morning and afternoon.
The layout is ideal - the entry, kitchen and den are in the middle. The bedrooms are off to each side; each "suite" has its own door, 2 sinks, closet, shower, AND sliding door to the awesome terrace! Having the living area in the middle allows for plenty of privacy between the two suites.
The decor is neat and attractive with a pleasing palette throughout. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and cabinetry - the drawers were so clean – and the dishes tasteful and plentiful.
We love the beach, so we just visited the Lake House and were indeed impressed with its high-end facilities. Freshfield Village was so very quaint, and the large Harris Teeter grocery store there had everything we could possibly need.
We had great communication with the owner and plan to visit again!
Bocci, surf fishing, and a short drive to the crabbing dock. Bohicket Marina is located outside the guard gate, and has inshore and offshore fishing charters. Fresh Fields has shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store that specializes in prepared food.
