o Guests are asked not to gather in the hallways as this often creates excessive noise which disturbs other tenants.
o Keep front door closed at all times to avoid noise disturbances.
o Your own alcohol & beverages is only permitted inside condominium unit and is prohibited in all other areas of the building including: hallways, lobbies, elevators, rooftop deck & beverage outlets.
o The entire building is non-smoking. You may smoke on your balcony, but please keep the balcony sliding door closed to prevent smoke from entering the room. Bedrooms that have been smoked in, or smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged a minimum cleaning fee of $75.
o Preparation of food inside the unit by any type of cooking appliances, barbeques, or burners is strictly prohibited.
o Should housekeeping find any rooms damaged, in any way, the hotel will charge the credit card responsible for the room for all damages and/or cleanup fees.
o All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved.
o Persons caught throwing items down stairwells or off the balconies will be evicted.
o Camping is not permitted on condominium property.
o Pets are not permitted on condominium property.
If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest unit, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest unit, the cost of the damage will be charged to the guest registered account.
Check-in is anytime after 12:00 pm. Each guest must check-in at the security guard and collect the key.
Check-out is 12:00 pm. Each guest to check-out individually at the security guard and surrender the key.
*Condo Unit Only rate is valid from June 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015, subject to applicable availability. A $10 cleaning fee is applicable per minimum stay. Rate is based on Single or Double occupancy.
