Centrally Located to Beaches & Downtown
Stay in our beautiful 100 year old Florida bungalow in St. Pete! Freshly decorated, our Pineapple Bungalow retains the charm and beauty of 1919. Two blocks away, take the Central Ave Trolley east to downtown St. Pete restaurants, pubs, and The Dali Museum. Or head west on the trolley to award winning beaches…
We welcome well-trained pets and kids. In addition, the home has many eco friendly features, like a tankless hot water system, dual flush toilet and is well shaded by huge trees. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, you can get to your destination in just minutes. Be sure to walk the brick-lined streets and enjoy peeking at the neighborhood yards with the flowering tropicals.

About Cindy Cabrales
I love all the home decor shows on TV. They give me inspiration for decorating our bungalow. Many of our treasures have been collected here is St. Pete. . . also known as the vintage capital. Check out the stores on Central Ave, which is just 2 blocks away. I'll be going to the famous Brocante Market in downtown St. Pete, featuring vintage treasures and held on the first of each month. . .
Why Cindy Cabrales chose Saint Petersburg
We love our bungalow because it is centrally located in beautiful St. Pete. It take just minutes to get to downtown with all the museums, restaurants and art galleries. We also love exploring the beaches and can get there in minutes without the hassles of traffic. Take some time to walk the neighborhood and you'll see how friendly island life is. Once you book the property, we will send you more detailed info. If you have any questions or need to contact me, I'm just a text (or phone call) away!
What makes this Bungalow unique
Our home is truly a tropical paradise. The daily rain keeps the outdoor plants happy and we love hearing the songbirds. Notice all the arches in our home and the built-ins. This leaves the home airy. The office is a great place to catch up on some work or just to send some emails. It is quiet and private from the rest of the house. The bedrooms are huge for the age of the home. They can serve as a retreat, too.

Quaint little bungalow
Cindy was a great host, always available. Loved the house, would like to own and live there.
House had everything we could need, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, outside grill, washer and dryer, great front screened porch, good location, quite street, nice neighbors.
Great historical home in great location to explore St Petes
Our stay was great in this old house. The charm of old architecture with the shaded property made you feel you were living in by-gone times. We found great places to eat close by. You really have to try the Sugar Shack on Martin Luther King for the key lime pie on a stick covered in chocolate! We went back several times. There are many great beaches close by but we went to Fort de Soto most often for the dog friendly beach and park. You really need a car to get around, but once in the car you can get most places in 15-20 minutes. Go to the Flea Market on Sunday to avoid the crowds. Thanks Cindy and Jay for addressing our every need quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this home...hopefully we'll make it back ourselves one day soon.
Close to downtown and the beach
We stayed here for two months while in the process of moving to the area. This house is charming has everything you need to enjoy your time in the St. Petersburg area. It has a fully stocked kitchen, which we made use of and is close to both downtown and the beach. Our animals enjoyed the front porch. The owner Cindy was very helpful with everything, including the time I locked myself out and was willing to help us with whatever we needed. I would recommend this.
Great cottage midway between the bay and the gulf
We found the house to be very comfortable and well supplied. Our dog loved the screened in porch. It was a great value for the money. It was well located for our needs. It was nice to have laundry available.
Our month's stay at the Pineapple Bungalow this January was terrific in every way. The location in proximity to everything was great. The property was charming, cozy (in the chilly Florida winter temps) and filled with personalty, and the bungalow had everything we needed to entertain and make ourselves and our guests at home. A lovely place to hang our hats for an extended stay. And Cindy is my favorite hostess--ever! She made herself available at all times and quickly took care of any small things we needed. We'll gladly stay again on our next trip to St Petersburg!
