Private one bedroom home in the heart of Old Town. A great place for a couple's getaway where you can live like a local. Located in a serene setting off the main streets and surrounded by other "cigar" cottages. A shared, heated, community pool is a great place to cool off or sit and enjoy a cocktail.
Newly decorated throughout with the feel of home. Nicely equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals. There is a high top table with storage for wine glasses galore so our wine lover won't run out! Flat screen tvs in both the living room and bedroom.
Queen bedroom just beyond the living area also has a separate entrance to the house for a quiet couple's hideaway. Queen size pull out couch in the living room to accommodate your overnight guests.

You are next door to one of Key West's favorite diners, Harpoon Harry's. You are just across the street from the Historic Seaport with all of their quaint shops and restaurants. Walk just down the street and hop on a sunset cruise or water excursion! Explore the island and really get the feel for being a local.

Enjoy the quiet heated, community pool with lounge chairs. You have an outdoor patio area next to the cottage with a gas grill so you can dine alfresco.

DAMAGE INSURANCE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS please alert our reservationist so she can update your quote. Guests without a U.S. address are not eligible for the damage insurance policy and must submit a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the reservation total (not to exceed $3,000).
Early Season and Season Bookings
Arrival: 1st Day of Month / Depart: Last Day of Month
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.
A booking fee will be added to each reservation.
50% is due upon reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.
***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
