Enjoy pure luxury in this private custom home. After owning one of the most sought after 5 Star luxury rental homes on IOP for over 10 years, this home "had us at hello"! Simply stepping into it and sitting on the incredible deck with amazing ocean views overlooking Ocean Blvd, the most beautiful private street on IOP, we had to buy. Come stay and you will realize nothing compares.

Located at the best section of the beach, in all of Isle of Palms, with wide beaches away from the hassle, traffic and crowds of Palm Blvd. Parking is not allowed on Ocean Blvd, which dead-ends shortly past our home, making for a very quiet street and easy crossing for children and more privacy and relaxation! Beach access is directly across the street and you can be on the beach in 90 seconds. You will love the ocean views from the multiple decks and even from the kitchen. You won't get any closer to the beach, unless you are renting beachfront property.

Bike ride to Sullivan's island restaurants, take a short walk to Breach inlet, The Boathouse restaurant, Main Blvd shops and restaurants, as well as a ten minute drive to the Mount Pleasant Town Center - an outdoor mall with a variety of national chains, locally-owned stores, restaurants, and a multi-screen movie theater. You can also be in historic Charleston in only 20 minutes - incredible dining options, shopping and history - simply a great way to spend a day.

1st FLOOR -

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, private bath with shower and claw-foot tub, opening to the lower deck and steps away from the private pool.

Bedroom 4/Bonus Room: Oversized bonus room with full size bed and twin bunk above, as well as entertainment area with seats for kids, 40" HD TV/DVD center and mini-kitchen (sink/small refrig) for the kids to gather and have fun away from everyone!

2nd FLOOR -

This is the main floor of the house with an open floor plan and plenty of seating and entertaining areas. Inside is a fully-stocked kitchen with every amenity and cooking tool needed from new stemware & dishware for 20+, to top grade cookware. Dining room to seat 10, and a large family room with a 60" HD TV.

Bedroom 5: Master suite with king bed, ensuite bath. Opens to deck with ocean views.

Bedroom 6: Two day beds (twin beds) located across from powder room.

Bedroom 7: King bed and ensuite bath.

Great room opens onto second floor deck with outdoor seating and dining for 8. Amazing ocean views and constant breeze, this will be the place everyone gathers. Webber gas grill on front "grilling" deck, just off kitchen.


Just off the spiral stairs from 2nd floor deck is the roof top deck for wide open ocean views all the way to the Sullivan's Island lighthouse!


This seven-bedroom, five and one-half bath, 4,600 sq. ft. house sleeps 14. Inside dining for 10 at the dining room table and 5 at the kitchen island. There is space for 8 dining on the outdoor upper deck with ocean views.

Just bring your clothes! We've provided everything you will need from all the kitchen items, to beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cart, to DVD's, luxury bath products, hair-dryers, and ultra-comfy linens and towels. This is truly a luxury property and you will have a remarkable experience.


*Pool Heating Fees: $100/day rented, or $500/week. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.

*During April-Sept, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.

Immaculate Gorgeous Beach House

This beach house is absolutely stunning inside and out. It is obvious that the owners maintain this property, it is pristine. My family thought that it must have been recently renovated, everything appears to be so fresh and new, but I booked this property almost a year ago, and it is exactly like the pictures I saw at that time.

The location of this property is pretty near perfect, it's at the quieter end of the beach, but a n easy 15 minute walk gets you to the town. It's a 5 minute drive to Sullivan's beach, 15 minute drive to shems creek, and maybe 20 minutes to downtown charleston.

What we particularly LOVED about this house:

1. Everything was clearly labeled at the house - sounds funny, but believe me it makes enjoying the house simple- you know where to find things, where to put them away, what switches turn on what lights, and what remotes work which tvs and sound systems.

2. Attention to detail: everything is so pleasing about this beach house, because it is so thoughtfully and gorgeously decorated, the artwork is lovely, but it's the little touches that makes it special, down to the knobs in the laundry room, beautiful coffee mugs and serving dishes, and the coasters on the table. LOVED IT!

3. Everything you need to have a great time is there. I mean everything. From the comprehensive selection of spices in the pantry, to the extensive selection of glassware, (if you have a mixoligist with you they will NOT be disappointed) to bandaids in the first aide box, laundry soap in the laundry room, to the binoculars to bird watch. It has all been thoughtfully done.

4. It's luxurious: the beds and bedding are top notch in comfort and style, the beach towels are thick and gorgeous, the outdoor furniture is perfect.

5. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. They replied immediately.

If you book this property, I do not see how you can be disappointed. It's simply stunning.

If you stay here, I highly recommend doing Sullivan's island and eating at the obstinate daughter - amazing food- and we also really enjoyed Poes. Within walking distance of the beach house is a restaraunt called the boathouse, food is very good- the appetizers are excellent, and the view of the sunset up top of the crows nest in s spectacular. Also go to shems creek and try paddle boarding - the water is so calm and it's so easy to do- there is a rental place right there, and you will likely have some encounters with dolphins and manatee.

Wonderful home for a family gathering

Our extended family (four generations with ages from 2 to 82) enjoyed a delightful week in this beautiful home. Upon arrival the house was exactly as described and included everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the details of beach carts, umbrellas and chairs being available. The kitchen was so well appointed and included everything anyone would need when settling in for a week. The spacious eating areas with seating for our large family was perfect. The second refrigerator in the garage and multiple coffee makers were especially important for our family! As wonderful as the house was, the most valued aspect was the location. The beach was so beautiful, clean, easy to access; and at times it seemed like we had the entire beach to ourselves. I'm sure other families will enjoy this house as much as we did.

Amazing place. Very well appointed.

This home was everything it advertised and more. It was so beautiful and the location was amazing. So well appointed. My only complaint is that I wanted to stay longer! Our family could not have been happier with it. Every detail had been so well thought out. I would recommend this to anyone. Charleston was easily accessible. The easy access to the beach was great. The beach was one the cleanest I have ever been on and not crowded.

Can't wait to go back!!

Our stay at this property was the perfect setting for our family reunion of 14, ranging from 6 months to 65 years. This was the rare occasion where the house and pool were bigger and prettier than the pictures. Aside from the house being so tastefully appointed from furnishings to paintings, it was roomy and inviting with its open floor plan and gorgeous views of the water from 3 of its decks. Everything is up to date and meticulously maintained.

We rent houses every year and this one was the most well stocked with every essential and frill that you could possibly need, including an elevator for easy grocery delivery from the garage right to the kitchen! The kitchen supplies were well beyond the basics -and our meals were enhanced by the gorgeous table settings and plentiful coastal themed serving pieces.

The beach is just across the street, down a scenic, sandy path, with dolphins right along the shore! Comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas were plentiful.

The island itself offers wonderful shopping and dining and the 25 minute drive into Charleston opens up more opportunities for a variety of great restaurants and shopping. Of course, the historic district's houses are a must see.

Our family was thrilled with our home for the week. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Beachhouse

We had a great vacation at this beautiful beach house. Everything was lovely, so close to the beach but also a great pool to enjoy. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for making great meals. We had 3 generations there, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Such a great place. Plenty of room. Easy to get to and close to Sullivan's Island and downtown Isle of Palms, yet far enough away away from the "downtown" madness.

Stunning home!

Our two families stayed here the week of March 6, 2017. The home is absolutely breathtaking and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. In addition to every kitchen gadget imaginable, there are books, movies, office supplies, beach chairs and towels, and much more. Beach access is directly across the street. The owners are wonderful to work with, and in fact called within hours of our arrival to make sure everything was ok. Needless to say, we were very sad to leave. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would.
