This charming 2 bedroom, 1 1/4 bath condo is located one block from Carpinteria beach. This craftsman style condo has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and all amenities are included. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also room for sleeping bags or an air mattress. in the second bedroom. The patio is equipped with table and grill.

A full-size washing machine and dryer is located in the attached garage.

Just a short distance to restaurants, antique shops, candy shops and the famous burger stand, 'The Spot'

Santa Barbara is located a short drive away, where you can experience whale watching, golf and other activities.

Great house for the price. Fantastic decor, comfortably sleeps 4-6. Literally a block from one of the safest beaches in the country. Loved that beach cruiser bikes, umbrella, chairs, towels were provided. The whole town is very bikable. Would rent again 10/10

True California Experience

There is a wonderful timelessness about this small beach town and this house captures the essence of Carpinteria while maintaining comfortable privacy. Surprisingly spacious and modern, this cute cottage is just a short walk to the busy day and nightlife in downtown Carpinteria and the clean, warm beach. The plantlife and lawn are well-maintained, which adds vibrant, dreamy color to the craftsman-like wood furnishings, reminiscent of the beach towns of northern France. Whether you're looking for the ideal retreat from a busy life or a regular fixture in your retirement, I cannot stress enough how far this property went in alleviating my stress. 5/5 stars, Karen and I can't wait to visit again.

Comfortable, Charming, Steps to Beach & Downtown

Super-cute cottage steps to Carpinteria's beautiful beaches and cool downtown area. Really liked the fireplace, vaulted ceilings, patio area, and overall comfort and charm of the property. And loved the great light, views of the coastal mountains, and sound of waves gently rolling in at night. Clean and well-maintained too - would recommend!

What a find!

We had the most wonderful time here. Felt like a true Carpinteria haven, nestled close to the Salt Marsh and just as close to the beautiful beach! Had everything we needed and loved the decor. Couldn't ask for a better Carp experience. We'll be back!
