Beautiful stylish air conditioned apartment for rent in Lagos, Portugal in the upscale town of Porto de Mos. Its beach is just a 10 minutes stroll, is a beautiful sandy bay, backed by tall, multi-coloured cliffs which, on the west side has breathtaking views over the coastline stretching from Sagres to Albufeira and has two restaurants. Other beautiful blue flag beaches are an easy 15 minutes walk away. Imagine just a leisurely walk away from Lagos' most spectacular world renown golden sand beaches (Camilo Beach, Praia Dona Ana, Praia do Porto de Mos and more) and also winner of Tripadvisor's Certificate of excellence and named Tripadvisor's Travellers Choice 2015. All this just 20 minutes walking distance to the bustling centre of Lagos which offers many activities, a stunning Marina, with restaurants, bars and shops, etc.

For golfers, the Boavista course is only a few minutes drive with 4 other excellent courses no more than 20 minutes away. Want to pamper yourself instead of golfing? A Spa is just a 5 minutes stroll. This apartment gives you the benefits of all of Downtown has to offer but just minutes away from all the noise of the nightlife. The complex is maintained to a very high standard and includes private underground parking.

This 1 bedroom, two single beds (can convert to King size bed upon request), 2 double sofas that convert to 2 double beds, bathroom includes jacuzzi bath and shower. The apartment is directly opposite the gated swimming pool area which also has an additional kid’s pool, jacuzzi and a private pool house with washrooms and showers. Please consider before renting other properties, that pools are available to all units that could have, 160 or more units compared to this one is only accessible to 36 units hence, very private. This spectacular condo also offers a private terrace with BBQ accessed by the patio doors from the kitchen. It also includes access to a large communal sunroof terrace (private access only, accessible to 9 units only) with a spectacular view.

The kitchen is fully fitted to a very high standard. The lounge has ample seating with WIFI, satellite TV, DVD, CD surround sound can be wired to your smart phone in all the rooms. The dining area has a table with seating for 6. Too many things to say, let the pictures show you how perfect this place is.

Spacious and clean!

Our experience with this rental property and customer service was very positive. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, well maintained and most importantly very clean. Our only disappointment was with the queen size lumpy mattress that wasn't comfortable at all, otherwise, we recommend this apartment without any hesitation. The location is near most of the beaches with a good 20 minutes walk to the village. Also, we recommend this Italian restaurant nearby that serves the best pizza and strawberry tiramisu we've ever tasted at Pizaria Gato Pardo.

The condo was above expectations. Lagos and surrounding area are wonderful.

Spacious modern apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Porta de Mos. The apartment is conveniently located for walking to the Porta de Mos beach and for walking along the cliffs to the lighthouse. We also walked to the downtown area of Lagos. The apartment is also close to the "ring road" for easy access to the highways that take you west to Sagres and east to Portimao and Faro or north to LIsbon.

The apartment is well-furnished with new comfortable sectional sofas in the living room for lounging and watching TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans and laundry facilities. The bathroom is modern and clean.

We suggest that it is time to update the mattresses in the bedroom and that better and more towels should be provided.

Other than that, we recommend the apartment and we found the owners very easy to communicate with and the management staff pleasant and well-informed.

Apartment is well equipped and clean.

Plenty of home comforts. Nice quiet location but within walking distance of the local restaurants and bars. Great service from the manager. Would highly recommend and am looking into returning next year.

Nice stay in Lagos (family of 5 persons)

Good stay in the apartment.

Clean, new and well equipped apartment . Nice swimming pool. Not so far from the beaches (15 mn by foot).

I would recommend this apartment close to Lagos and the beaches but not too close (to not suffer of Lagos night animation).

Fantastic clean apartment with great location!!

We are airline staff, family of 5, and do travel relatively a lot. We loved this apartment for many reasons.

We were the first to rent the apartment so of course it was clean. We liked that it was spacious enough for 5 (kids are 24, 21, & 17) and plenty of storage space. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook, but we only made breakfast because vacation is MY time to go out. The owner left many condiments & items for us which was very nice. Big supermarkets were a short 5 min. car ride away and there was a small one (we didn't go to) a 5-10 min walk away. Sometimes we bought lunch there & brought back to the apartment. There is a grill too which is a nice option, but we didn't use it.

We brought our own beach towels (although you could rent for 5 EUR/wk which is a nice option) & used the washing machine every day. It was very convenient & brought some of those laundry pods from home.

The apartment had a pool & jacuzzi but we didn't go in much bcs we love the beach best and sometimes went in after for a dip. Nice to have.

Our favorite restaurant was "Adega Tipica A Forja" and then Reis & Casa Do Prego. Forja was located at Rua dos Ferreiros no.17 and was a family owned restaurant with a line out the door every night. We highly recommend them all, but most you need to make a reservation for (even a day before) unless you go early. To us Americans, meals were very reasonable.

The only confusing part of the trip was getting the key. The agency (located in Lagos) thought we would call & we thought they would meet us. We did not have any international access on our phones but we met a nice person who made a call for us. The owner said he would take care of this in the future. Really it was no big deal.

All of the beaches were beautiful and the owner's paddle boards came in handy. There were also boogie boards you could use. On some days you could go in the water & others it was extremely cold. Crystal clear & gorgeous.

We had a car but you could walk to some of the beaches.

We thought that the best part of the apartment was its location. You were away from Lagos, yet close enough to walk (15 min). Same with the beaches, but you had a variety to pick from :)

We would absolutely come back to this apartment!
