Corner Unit at 4th and Trinity, literally a 10 sec walk to the Convention Center

Located in the heart of downtown, this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo could not be in a better spot in Austin. Across the street from the Convention Center and as close to the 6th St. night life as anyone would want to be!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and its own bathroom. There are two more rooms on the other side of the unit that share a bathroom, one with a king and one with two twins. An Ikea couch in the living room folds out into a full bed and there are two new air mattresses, a twin and one queen. People have been known to crash on the big couches as well.

Washer/dryer, wet bar, high-speed internet, Cable TV, water cooler. Very clean, safe, and well kept. Ideal for medium-sized groups visiting for big weekends in Austin.

PERFECT for SXSW, ACL Music Festivals, UT games, Formula One and special events.

Close to just about everything great about Austin! 6th St, the Capitol, the Convention Center, Congress bridge, Rainy Street and the East side. It's right in the middle of everything that's happening in Austin, but with curtains and double-pained windows for when you want to go to sleep :)

Starbucks is across the street! Courtyard Marriott is across the street for easy cabs! A little park and airport bus stop are catty corner to the unit. The metro rail station is across the street in front of the convention center.

Nearly everything is in walking distance and the airport bus drops off across the street from the building. Most people are very happy without a car, but a parking space is available for an additional fee (just ask).

It's a beautiful place to stay and couldn't be in a better location in Austin. You will love it!

Location, location, location

If you are looking for a place that comfortably accommodates a large family or two small groups and you want to be able to walk almost everywhere downtown then this place is for you. Note that someone lives here most of the time so you'll have to get used to that, but the owner puts most of his stuff away so it isn't overly personal.

It was clean and the manager was super easy to work with - he even allowed us to check in early which was great.

Location is the #1 thing to keep in mind for this condo!
