Description

San Carlos de Bariloche House Rental Photos and Description

3 very comfortable bedrooms (all ensuite), great views, v.spacious common areas

SURROUNDED BY BREATHTAKING NATURAL BEAUTY

Arelauquen House is a perfect post-card .

It commands incredible mountain, lake, forest and golf course views yet is only a comfortable two-hour flight from Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina and one of the world's most vibrant cities. The House is located inside the Arelauquen Golf & Country Club which boasts the best golf course in Patagonia and the region's most well-appointed polo club. The House sits at the base of Mount Otto, on the shores of the picturesque Lake Gutierrez, just 15 minutes outside the town of San Carlos de Bariloche in the Rio Negro province, the heart of Patagonia. Its rustic, yet luxurious, architectural style harmoniously blends with the natural beauty of the national parks, lakes and forests surrounding it. This alpine gem is only 15 minutes from an international airport and only 10 minutes from the Cerro Catedral, South America's largest and most renowned ski resort.

Patagonia is quickly becoming recognized as a top international ski destination. Its May to October ski season complements the winter ski seasons of North America and Europe. Cerro Catedral means Mount Cathedral and is justified by its dramatic summits that resemble the spires of a gothic church.

In addition to the abundant winter and summer sports offered by our privileged location, guests will also enjoy exploring the region's shopping, dining, nightlife and casino in the quaint town of Bariloche.

Why Luis chose Rio Negro

I believe the energy in Patagonia is one of the best in the world, with blue skies and pristine weather most of the year. I am an architect and have designed the house myself with much attention to detail, views, comfort, light, harmony with the beauty of nature in Bariloche. Less than a year old, it is inserted within natural woods, with a stream crossing the garden, it can be enjoyed in summer as much as in winter as it is a short 15 min drive to the skiing slopes. It has a wonderful heated outdoor gallery with a large barbecue (which can be use as outdoor fireplace) and sitting area, large dinning table, outdoor hot tub with stunning views.

inside, there are 3 big and comfortable bedrooms, with brand new sommiers and comfortable bedding, living areas are very large with high ceilings and huge windows to appreciate the amazing views. people can enjoy doing everything in the company of friends and family due to the open plan architecture of the kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bar areas.

What makes this house unique

This house is located within a beautiful, secure and prestigious country club, with an outstanding golf course, club house with in-outdoors swimming pool, polo fields, kids club, restaurants, etc.

it combines the privacy and comfort of your own home, the clubs security, the convenience of clubs services, the easy access to Bariloche airport (15mins) town (15 mins) skiing slopes (15 mins) and major roads.
