We have completely renovated the house from floor to ceiling to make is more modern and enjoyable for our guests. Entire house has wall to wall tiles, granite kitchen counter-top, glass tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, shower/tub and dining table which sits six, recessed lighting in kitchen, ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Situated in residential area so quite at night. Few minutes to the famous MTV Jersey Shore House. Discounted tickets available for Casino Pier Amusement Rides.
Jd was very pleasant and friendly. He even gave me a toothbrush when I realized I didn't not bring one. House looked great, perfect size for our group and well stocked with linens and towels. This is a great location for all we wanted and didn't need to drive after we parked the cars. The area was quiet but not overly quiet that we felt we had to be super quiet in the house. Can't wait to come back!
The place looks just as in the pictures. The owner couldn’t be nicer – such a nice guy. It is spacious, and very updated and clean. The beds are comfortable, and everything works great. I even used the oven to bake a pie. It is within walkin distance to the boardwalk, and I can’t wait to visit there again.
The location was a short distance from the broad walk and the neighborhood very quiet. We had access to the hotel pool right across the street . Thanks JD had a wonderful time.
When we drove up to the house and JD told us to park as far over as we could because he'd be filling up the whole yard with cars from paid parking later, we got worried. Then we stepped foot in the house and while sparsely furnished and not cluttered, was just dirty. The walls, bathroom, bedding...all worn out and not kept up. The floors hadn't even been swept, much less washed, and were sticky. It was also obviously just slapped together quickly after Hurricane Sandy, because the whole house tilts towards the front. Its on the main road in a terrible area. Its not a place you'd want to bring kids at all. And what about when the whole yard is full of people's cars who paid to park there, right under the bedroom windows? Good luck sleeping. I can't believe the guy had the nerve to tell me it was cleaned, when it wasn't. I looked at him and asked if he was joking. After walking around, I promptly gave him the keys back and said I'd rather lose my deposit vs spend one night there. Don't waste your money on this filth.
We had an amazing time at this house and the owner was very laid back and accommodating. The grill we brought to the house did not work and JD was happy to allow us to use the grill at the motel across the street. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks again!!!
Our group really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was clean upon arrival, and had all the items we would need for the weekend. Located close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Air conditioning worked well. JD was a great host and was available for any questions or concerns. Ample parking was available. Only little suggestion is to add a few more mirrors in the home, the only one was in the bathroom and with a house full of women getting ready to go out to dinner- let's just say it was a little chaotic! Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.
I loved staying at this property !! The house was sooo clean and all brand new!!! Will be there definitely again !!The owner JD and his staff where awesome!!!
