No Balcony but its a totally upscale ground floor interior 2 bedroom condo, sleeps 6, with gorgeous pool, abundant parking, walk to everything, beach, stores restaurants, seaside is just 1 mile away, perfect for families, girl groups, retired couples, you will love this pristine condo. We have thought of your every desire. Although this condo is an interior condo without a balcony, it does have an extensive pool deck lounge chairs umbrellas, next to the barbegue grills, so if lounging all day pool side is where you are at, you have choosen the right place. "Coastal" in every respect, all new furnishings, bedding now King bed and Twin/King bed in second bedroom. Updated throughout, this is perfect for up to 6 people, allergy free with no carpet. Wi Fi is free so are the upgraded TV channels.
This unit is beautiful with 10 foot ceilings, Crown Moldings, Cherry kitchen, the finest in Coastal Design furniture. There are temper-pedic beds in twin, which convert for a king in second bedroom, the master has a new King Bed as well, the sofa bed is Queen with upgraded comfortable mattress system.
The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking a simple breakfast, to a 5 course gourmet meal. There are 3 flat screen TVs, ceiling fans over each bed (3) enjoy the pool whenever you like, and fish in our pond which is right outside your door.
Being on the ground level you will never wait for an elevator. Parking is abundant, you will always get a spot right outside the door. We have a storage closet and you have access to umbrellas, beach chairs and toys and new beach wagon..
Living in Florida since 1996 we visit this area several times a year and love the beaches which we fine to be the cleanest in all of Florida. We love the laid back southern atmosphere that this area offers.

As previously stated by the preceding guests, this place has it all! We were amazed at the time and attention the owners have put into fulfilling your every need in one place. It is a wonderful place to relax, and get away from your daily life and not have to pack anything but your clothes and swimsuits! It provides comfort at many levels.....the living room, the kitchen and most of all the bedroom. Each room is equipped with extremely comfortable bedding, fans and privacy. All of your cooking needs are there too!! We love to cook for supper, and Goatfeather's II Fresh Seafood Market is conveniently located close, as well as Publix. The previous guests spelled out many eating places that are either a short walk, quick bike ride or car ride. The washer and dryer are a nice touch to make you feel at home. There is a short walk to the sandy, white beaches that is worth the effort! We will definitely make this Condo a mainstay in our traveling destinations!!! We loved our stay at Beach Bunny. Cannot say enough good things about the condo. It's well equipped with things you didn't even know you might need, feels just like home and plenty of space. Bunny is a joy to work with and is very accommodating from the moment you email her. The decor is gorgeous and the condo itself is well maintained. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were so comfortable!! We didn't want to come home to ours after we slept on them for a week. You will love everything about this place! Hurry and book!
We loved this condo. Everything is new and immaculate. Bunny was fantastic to work with. She provided lots of helpful information and was very responsive to and questions or needs. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We didn't find that it was a big deal for us or our twin 3 year olds and 9 year old. The pool is fantastic! Overall we were very happy with our stay and felt that this cute little place was a steal for 4th of July week.
Santa Rosa is a great place for family vacations!!! Not a lot of action, close to Sea Grove and Sea Side. Also conveniently located between Destin and PCB if you want more entertainment. Golf, shopping, parasailing, snorkeling, etc.
We stopped at Piggly Wiggly Express on 90 West for groceries on our way in. There is a Publix on 98 West we went to as well. Of course, Destin and PCB both have a Wal-Mart.
The Red Bar, http://theredbar.com/, is a must! Along with Cafe Thirty-A, http://www.cafethirtya.com/. Pizza by the Sea have great specialty pizzas as well.
Condo was nice, clean and up to date. Loved the high ceilings, nautical decor and the amenities. Kitchen and bath were adequately furnished. Beds were comfortable. Loved not having to keep up with a key, as the door had a security code. Pool was nice and well kept.
However, the condo doesn't have a patio, balcony or porch to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee or late night star gazing. The windows and doors open up to concrete walls/other condos. Very dark during rainy days.
The walk to the beach, not so great. I specifically asked about the distance after looking at google earth, but was assured it wasn't as far as it appeared. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the distance; ~ .5 mile including the "road" walk and boardwalk. Then there's 33 stairs to tackle on the other end of the boardwalk. Been a long time since we've been this far away from the water. Can't conveniently go back to room for lunch or to use the restroom throughout the day. One can rent a bicycle for $45/week or golf cart $450/week. But you have still can't ride them to the beach, only to beginning of boardwalk. The chairs were not beach chairs and NOT for stretching out and catching the sun's rays. They are the folding sports chairs and the umbrellas were not able to handle to ocean breeze. We purchased two chairs and an umbrella for $30/day. The wagon was great to pull all of our belongings on the walk, but was difficult to carry up/down the stairs.
Walk and bike to all the local dining, beach, markets, craft and gift shops, seaside is mile away. Park concerts and local activities all year long.

Christmas through New Years is sold as a 2 week stay only. There is a surcharge for those weeks as well as Thanksgiving week.
all other weeks are $150 per night, monthly rates apply to January, February and March.
There is a 50% deposit due with a signed contract within 5 days of booking, The balance is due 30 days prior to stay. The $200 security deposit is due with final payment is promptly returned on check out day, as long as there are no damages or extensive cleaning necessary.
