A clean and comfortable, fully furnished 3/2 home (plus a bonus game room) in a convenient and safe neighborhood in beautiful Paso Robles wine country. Large backyard, walking distance to grocery stores and shops. Available for min one month to max 9 months, available immediately. Includes all utilities. Perfect for snowbirds looking to escape the winter, insurance claim relocation, students or traveling professionals. NOTE: We have a "Ring"-style doorbell security camera that records video and audio 24/7, casting around the entry area at the front door. Tampering with security camera is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
