Within biking distance from the beach (approx 1500 metres), this contemporary holiday house was completely renovated in 2012 and offers accommodation for max 5 people.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of the Golf neighbourhood in La Grande Motte, within walking distance from the lake and shops, very close to the golf of La Grande Motte

With views from the kitchen, the living room to the golf field and the swimming pool, the apartment consists of : open plan kitchen and living room, 1 terrace (12m2), 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 other bedroom with two single beds , 1 bathroom with shower and bath and 1 separate WC.

The apartment is fully equipped with electric oven, micro-wave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, airconditioning and WIFI internet. PLS NOTE THEIR IS NO BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED. PLS NOTE the cleaning is MANDATORY and costs 45 EUR. There are also 3 bikes available...

My wife and I use this for our own personal use, so we have decorated and equipped it in a contemporary and comfortable style, to fully benefit from the beautiful surrounding area.

La Grande-Motte is a small town by the sea, classified as "heritage of the twentieth century"" by Unesco! Its geographical location is quite outstanding, close to Montpellier and Nîmes and at the gateway to Camargue. In fact, this is the ideal starting point for tours of Roman Gaul, Provence and the hinterland of Languedoc as full-day or half-day excursions. There are also the best vintages of wine to be found in the region of the "Pic St Loup" and "Montpeyroux" in the Herault countryside to the north.

We will be pleased to give you tips about the area : sites of interests, restaurants, spare-time activities... and you will find some tourist information and magazine in the apartment to make your stay more enjoyable!
