2 bd 1.5 baths Condo Over looking Lake travis, 2 covered parking spots AT THE front door! Wifi, cable, washer and dryer. Huge 6 x 5 windows in the bedrooms overlooking the lake and hill country, 6+ x 6+ window and 6+ x 6+ glass door in living room overlooking the lake and hill country. Couch, recliner, dining table with 4 chairs, half bath downstairs. Two bedroom and a full bath upstairs. Fully equiped kitchen open to living/dining room and view of lake and hill country.
The View! Covered parking (2) at the front door. 15 x 20 deck off the living room. Lake Travis is 500 yards away. The Hill country view is a million dollar view.

We were here for 6 weeks visiting our son and his family in Cedar Park. It's a bit of a drive to Cedar Park but the condo, while on the older side, was clean, the view was beautiful and the owner was accessible and responded quickly to any needs we had, which were few. There is also an extra space for parking if you have guests.
My 2 small dogs and I stayed at the condo rental for 3 months and it is a great place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful location with wildlife galore!
I had no problems or issues with absolutely anything while staying there and the owner was very nice easily accessible if needed.

The best thing about the place is the view. When I arrived there were dirty towels in the bathroom and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I have stayed at several VRBO properties and usually there are little extras, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There was one almost empty roll of paper towels, no spare toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, just to start the list. Then when I discovered that the sliding glass door had no screen door and there were nails sticking out of the outside door frame to the "laundry room", I called emailed and texted the owner. A few days later he responded saying that he was in an area of poor service. When he came to the unit he took care of the nails but did not resolve the screen door issue which meant I could not leave the screen door open or I would get uninvited guests in through the open door. The owner said he would return with a screen door and never did. This was a monthly rental so in 28 days he never returned nor did he initiate contact. When I emailed him again, no response, Then abother email a few days later I received a response that he was having personal matters he needed to attend to. If that was the case then the owner should have sent someone to correct the problem. The screen door was never in Talend while I was there. Also, there were no instructions or guidance on the functioning of the unit at all. I had to email the owner on the way to see how to gain entry. Once inside I had no idea how to operate the door lock and assumed it locked automatically when I left. Well I was incorrect and so for the first week of my stay the unit was never locked whether I was there or not. This unit is very old and needs repairs to several items, but from the owners response to my requests I doubt they will happen.
