This up level condo is a perfect fit for family looking to have a great time, whether just retired or young family, vacation or trade show, or visit college UCI, Cal State Fullerton, Chapman. For a group of 6, you may at least need 2 Hotel rooms. It's very expensive during peak season. That's why people like vacation homes. But even the Vacation Homes at Anaheim will be expensive during summer, the rental is normally over $300/night, plus 15% TOT Tax, cleaning fee, PDP, Service Fee, that's over @$400/night. With the amount staying Anaheim for one week, you can own the beautiful condo for almost ONE MONTH. Remember there's NO TAX for 30+ nights stay. Sounds GOOD? Come and try!

Parking at carport#487 or open space but put Parking Permit inside during midnight 12:00--07:00 AM. Please don't forget to put Parking Permit and keys back to bulletin board on check out day. One property can only get one Parking Permit.

Please note that City of Santa Ana has very strict Noisy Control Policy, so please be quiet during 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbor during your stay. Please always put trash bag into Dumpster. Disposing of bulky items in dumpster areas may result fines of $250.00. There's Rental Rules and Cabrillo Park HOA CC & R at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement. Cozy and quiet oasis! Superior host!

My family has always been impressed with VRBO, and this rental was no exception. The condo has everything you will need - even laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies, dishes etc. There are two nearby grocers - we preferred Albertsons - lots of chain restaurants like Claim Jumper, and other stores and services (banks, Walgreens, Target, gas). It is 15 minutes from Disney unless the I-5 is bogged down. We suggest fashion Island for shopping with a real OC flavour, but there are lots of places to go nearby. The beach cities to the south are classic California and worth exploring. I should have booked a couple of more nights!

If you are driving north to attractions like Universal or Santa Monica and Beverly Hills - plan your driving carefully as it gets very busy on those big highways. You will spend time on the road.

Our host, Roger, actually came to find us when I miffed the directions - he even brought some bottled water. (Note: when driving on 17th Street, one side of the intersection says Sherry Lane, the other, Cabrillo Park - Cabrillo Park is on the side with the Superior Grocers store.)

At the unit, Roger gave us a full run down on the complex: parking, laundry, security etc. The pool view is lovely and, although I got a little turned around going to and from parking, the complex is QUIET and PEACEFUL and the people very friendly. (Lots of dog and cat owners - always a good sign in my book.) My wife was especially happy with the cleanliness of the unit. It is an older complex, but it was spotless even though someone had checked out in the morning.

The only thing some people may have an issue with is that there is a single washroom. If you are a coordinated group - no problem. The three of us never had any issue. My wife wished there was an additional mirror in the bedroom so she and my daughter could do hair and makeup without needing the washroom mirror.

Thanks for being such a great host Roger! I hope we will get a chance to return soon.

Relaxing oasis near fun attractions!

We were greeted by our amazing host, Roger, who pointed out all the features and amenities of this cozy getaway. We loved the setting where we could look out upon the pool and hot tub and listen to a babbling brook that meanders throughout the property. The condo is very clean with lovely decor. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. It is so convenient to Disneyland, the beach, the airport, and restaurants. We were able to walk to get groceries and enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo complex is quiet. We loved having the carport space for our rental car. The laundry facilities were close to our unit. We would definitely stay here again. What a great place to stay for our California vacation.

Great for small families!

The location was excellent, the supermarket was just around the corner, the park in the other corner. We felt safe our entire stay. The hot but is just out of the condo. The condo is well supplied and clean. Roger had great communication with us the whole time. Thanks Roger!

Met all our needs including location!

The condo is located in a park like setting in the Santa Ana area. The condo is in a safe area and close to all freeways. If you don't want to drive on the freeways, local access is great as well. For example driving through the city, you could be in Disneyland in 15 minutes and 20 minutes to the John Wayne ( Santa Ana) airport!

We felt very safe in this area!

Roger ensures your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable.

He went above and beyond our expectations. For example the futon in the living room was rather uncomfortable to sit on so he had it replaced while we were there. Unfortunately, we had some very unusual rainy days here while on vacation and he brought us some umbrellas! You have absolutely everything you need in this condo. The King bed was comfortable, which is important to us. Roger met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us a tour of the grounds, pool area, laundry facilities, brief overview of the area. The Superior Grocery store has everything you need. Shopping is close as well, Santa Ana Main Place and Orange Mall Outlets are very close to the condo. We found the area to be very quiet and people that were walking their dogs were very friendly. I would not hesitate to return!! This was our first time using VRBO HomeAway and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a CA vacation! Thanks Roger!

Perfect for a month away from home!

I stayed in Mr Luo's place. This was my first time to use vrbo. I would like to say that the place was much better than what I expected. Mr Luo was very nice. I arrived at his place at mid night and he was so kind to wait for me and showed me around. His place was extremely clean and well organized. The location was excellent and safe, good for single or family. There are lots of eating place and shipping. It is only a few mile from the I-5. I strongly recommend my friends to stay in the place.
