This townhouse is located at a beautiful, family friendly complex directly across the street from Disneyland & the Downtown Disney. It’s only about 12 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure Park, 6 minute walk to the free Disneyland tram, or an 8 minute walk to Monorail in Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Disneyland. You get 2 reserved parking spots in our complex (1 garaged & 1 curbside), so a $20 parking fare in Disneyland is not necessary. Three pools ( NOT heated ), hot spa and a playground are only a few short steps away from the unit.

This townhouse is a spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit at front of the complex. The entire inside of the home has been updated in 2015. It has new hardwood floors throughout the second floors, fresh coat of paint in all areas, brand new kitchen cabinets and granite tops, new refrigerator, washer & dryer, and brand new furniture throughout the entire home.

This home includes a beautiful kitchen with fully stocked kitchen items such as a microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, slow cooker, blender and whole sets of dishes and cups, etc.; a comfortable family room with relaxing sofa, a big flat screen TV with cable access, plus free wireless internet; and an in house washer and dryer to make you more at home on your vacation. Also there are Pack'N Play, high chair, stroller, cooler with wheels and BBQ grill, etc.

Fantastic accommodation, close to Disneyland.

Jennie's unit was exactly as described. Our 9 day stay was at the end of our 6 week holiday from Melbourne, Australia with my wife & 2 boys aged 21 & 17 who are both 6 foot plus & the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. The apartment has everything that you could need. A washing machine & a Dryer. An oven & stove. A dishwasher. A big screen TV with all cable channels. An outdoor sitting area with a BBQ. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. Lots of towels. All the cleaning equipment that you will need including washing liquid for the washing machine, dishwasher tablets, etc, etc.

The WiFi is super fast, even with all 4 of us on it some nights. Jennie even left a welcome pack for us with some chips, drinks & lollies. You are literally a 5 minute walk from Downtown Disney & a 7 minute walk from the entrance to Disneyland & California Adventure Park. You can see the nightly Disneyland fireworks display from the upstairs bedrooms or as soon as you walk out the front door. The Disneyland Hotel, right next to Downtown Disney is about a 5 minute walk as well which is really convenient if you need to grab a taxi. We also used the hotel as our pick up & drop off point for any of the tours that we did like to Universal Studios or the LA tour. It was really convenient for that. You can catch any of the ART buses at the end of the street or just on the other side of the Disneyland entrances. Some nights we walked back to the apartment at midnight or later as it was safe to walk around the neighborhood. The complex has 2 pools which are only a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Jennie contacted us by e -mail a couple of times during our stay to make sure that everything was ok which was nice. We even got a later checkout because our flight wasn't until 9pm which meant that she had to re schedule her cleaner for the next day which was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jennie's apartment to anyone that I know. Regards. John.

PERFECT location!

Maps are hard to figure out when you haven't been somewhere before but I took the reviews to heart, this really is across the street from the DIsneyland Hotel. We were able to cut through various parking lots and be at the entrance to Downtown Disney in 5 minutes!! The kids room is well appointed with fun Disney things and stuffed animals. The bunks were perfect for my 6 year old and almost 4 year old. They loved having a "sleepover" during our vacation.

Jennie was so informative and responsive. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with towels and kitchen was nice, but we ate out most of the time!

There is a garage for the house and that was so amazing to have at our disposal and secure the car and didn't drive it for 2 days!

Thank you Jennie for a great first trip to Disneyland!

I loved it! We had a wonderful stay!

The Owner: Jennie - her service and cordiality toward us was EXCELLENT! She ensured that we had the proper directions to the home and to Disneyland and followed up with us before, during and after our trip. We arrived in California early in the morning and I called her at 1am in the morning for clarity on the directions to the condominium and she took my call to assist me. Nothing was wrong with her directions she gave GPS took me to the separate garage rather than to the unit itself. During our stay we had an item that needed to be addressed at the condominium and they took care of it right away. A souvenir was left behind at the end of our trip and she was so responsive in looking for the items and sending it to us. She helped make our stay a memorable one! We were very fortunate to have rented from an Owner like her.

Accommodations: The condominium accommodated 7 adults well. It's an older condominium complex but Jennie's unit is kept well. The complex felt pretty safe. The two bedroom and two roll out beds (one portable and the other from the couch) in addition to the two bedrooms were sufficient sleeping arrangements for us. A neighborhood Walmart is 5 minutes away where we stocked up with breakfast foods and other snacks. There are new appliances: oven, gas stove and refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. We made good use of the stove and the oven for pizza's!....the washer and dryer too! We walked to Disneyland and California Park each day. I would estimate a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. You're able to hop on the monorail there. It will take you to Disneyland but not to California Park. Our estimated walk to the entry gates from the condominium to Disneyland and California Park is about 20 minutes...lots of things to see along the way and it was a nice walk through Downtown Disney.

I would consider renting from Jennie again.

Seriously a cake walk from the Disneyland park

Jennie has a great set up here. I shared the house with my grandmother, brother, my two best friends and my 1 year old child. My one year old and I slept well in the main bedroom. My besties had to sleep in the bunk beds, and might have been a little to grown for them as they said they were sore when they woke up (I think most of that came from the continuous walking in the Disney parks). my brother complimented the cleanliness and after we figured out how to work the tv my grandma made herself at home in her comfy pull out bed down stairs. The Disneyland park is literally a 10 min walk to the tram. Her apartment is adjacent to the street that leads straight to your destination with absolutely no complication. I don’t see how you could get a closer stay unless you spend big on a Disneyland hotel. The only conserns we had about our stay were the outlets in the home. They made everyone of our phone chargers extremely hot to the touch and instead of giving our phones a full charge we were left with dead, problemed phones that didn’t work properly for our whole trip. Our phones work fine now.

Great stay just outside Disney!

You can’t get much closer to Disney than this! Walking distance to Downtown Disney and the parks. This condo has everything we needed for a week and the owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Great Location

This was a great location for a stay in Anaheim while visiting DisneyLand. The house was in good condition and a wonderful snack basket to welcome us when we arrived. Jennie was good to work with after a small issue getting in the door but her response was wonderful. I wish their had been a couple more pans and some lids for the pans but other than than we have no complaints. I would stay there again when we visit.
