There is also timed and unlimited street parking in local streets, including unrestricted parking in Woodstock St.

The large open living/dining area is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and unique pieces of art. The lounge has deco style sofas and armchairs and a large LCD television and DVD with cable tv/Foxtel connection while the dining area with sleek European table and chairs provides seating up to 8 people.

As with all areas of this family apartment, this space has been designed to accommodate families, entertainment and relaxation. There is also additional folding chairs and highchair provided.

The functional kitchen includes double sink, extra benchspace, coffee machine and windows looking thru to the sparkling harbour with Manly thru to North Sydney, the Harbour Bridge and CBD all on show.

The large master bedroom with ensuite, opens onto a north-west facing balcony. Along with the queen size bed, side tables and generous built-ins, this room has a private seated area on the balcony.

The light twin bedroom is perfect for children of all ages, however if required, can be converted to a double room.

The third double bedroom is also neutrally decorated. All beds are made up with hotel quality sheets. Both bedrooms have large built-in robes with plenty of storage space.

The family bathroom includes a shower, separate bath, large vanity and toilet. There is a small laundry/utility room with front-loading washing machine and separate condenser dryer.

Luxurious towels are also provided for your use.

Step outside and you'll soon recognise the convenience of this centrally located property.

Three famous beaches, including Bondi down the hill, are all just a short drive or walk away.

The 380 bus stop on Bondi Road is right outside and there is a safe pedestrian crossing adjacent to cross to Waverley Park. Close by is an ethnically diverse range of food providores and spacious Waverley Park with its fabulous enclosed playground and kiosk in the pavilion with ocean views. There is a milkbar for essentials next door. It is also convenient to many local schools, sporting venues, medical facilities, churches and synagogues.

On-site visitor parking is available, including 2 undercover spaces, on a first come first serve basis plus there is plenty of street parking in the area, which together with an efficient bus and rail transport to take you to Bondi Junction, the City or many beachside and harbourside suburbs.

All beds are made up with hotel quality sheets and luxurious towels are provided for your stay.

House Rules: HOUSE RULES

Dont disturb other neighbours. Obey local rules and respect the community you are visiting.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.

No smoking allowed indoors at any of our properties, smoking outdoors is permitted and all butts must be placed in garbage.

Consume alcohol responsible. Strictly no drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the premises.

Dispose of rubbish as instructed, see below for bin types. Report all breakages to Bondi Beach Rentals so that they can be fixed or replaced.

Pre rinse dishes before placing in dishwasher, as it will void dishwasher warranty if food scraps become lodge into dishwasher pipes.

Try not to waste water and switch off lights and air conditioning when you leave the property.

No Pets are allowed at our properties.

When checking out, leave the property in a clean and tidy state.

It is important that you follow these instructions when exiting as this will minimise deductions from your security deposit.

EXIT TIME:

Is 10:00am unless otherwise agreed at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners arrive at 10:00am sharp and it is important that they have an empty property to prepare for our next guests. There is a waiting charge of $30 per hour.

RUBBISH:

Remove all rubbish and recycling from the property and put it in the allocated bins. If there is excess rubbish please notify us immediately as this has the potential to create much larger problems and neighbour complaint.

LINEN:

Please leave beds that have been used unmade & place all used towels in the bathtub or shower. Please do not wash as all our linen is processionally laundered.

DISHES:

Clean all dishes, pots and pans properly and return to cupboards. Empty dishwasher of clean dishes, run the dishwasher empty so that it is fresh for our next guests

APPLIANCES AND BBQ:

Clean oven and pay particular attention to the BBQ. Our cleaners will not clean these as part of their scheduled duties and attracts a fee of $50 per appliance.

ELECTRICITy:

Turn of all lights, air conditioning and heating. Electricity is very expensive in Australia and we also try and be as eco friendly as possible

KEYS:

Leave keys inside the property together with the welcome booklet, on the kitchen counter. Note: when exiting it is your responsibility to ensure that the property is fully locked and secure.

BABY EQUIPMENT:

Thoroughly clean the high chair and portable cot. Fold up and store neatly in the living room.

LEAVING THE PROPERTy:

When you are leaving please be cautious that moving your luggage does not damage the property. Be considerate; keep noise or disruption to neighbours to minimum.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE:

If anything has been broken or damaged please notify Bondi Beach Rentals so we can properly manage the replacement or repair

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS:

If there are any repairs or maintenance that requires our attention, please email -----@-----.--- so that we can tend to this prior to the next guests arriving.

Please take a moment to double or triple check that nothing is left behind, as returning valuables will be at your cost!
