Monthly only! Beautiful Key West vacation rental- 4 bedrooms 4.5 bath private home with a private pool/water feature/and spa in a wonderful neighborhood, between Duval St and the Casa Marina Area. Walk thru the white picket gate and step up to a nice front porch with comfortable seating, a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Walking in the front door you are greeted by a very large open living/dining area, and Caribbean colors decorate the walls, and the floors have Mexican tile. Sliding glass doors leading to a great pool and spa. A well equipped, spacious kitchen is large enough for many cooks to be in the kitchen at the same time. There is also a Nespresso machine in the kitchen and many tools for preparing a wonderful meal.

Sit down at the large wooden dining table for 6 and while dining, you can discuss the events of your day. Retire to the living room that offers 2 couches and a wonderful chair and foot rest. Enjoy a movie marathon or your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. For convenience there is a 1/2 bath on the first floor.

Sliding glass doors open from the living room which allows natural light to shine in and there are also screen shades that roll down to block out some of the sunlight.

Around the pool is an expansive deck that allows access for many lounging areas. A canvas awning hangs over the sliding doors for some shield from the sun. The outdoor cushions and furniture are very comfortable, and you can enjoy the sound of the water feature while sitting back reading a Key West novel. There is also a small artist studio on the other side of the pool with a mini kitchen that can easily be used for a guest..

A wooden staircase leads to the second and 3rd floor suites. The second floor features 2 en-suites and each bedroom on this floor has access to their own private balconies. A balcony overlooks the front of the house, while the balcony in the larger suite has a view to the private pool and spa. Washer and dryer are housed on the second floor and hidden away in a hall closet. The master suite on the second floor also hosts built in cabinets and 2 large closets.

The 3rd floor has a large bedroom and bath with access to another room perfect for an office, ( a printer has been left for your use), or it can be used as a play room. There are 2 desks, a couch, and a small twin bed.

Every room in the house, whether a pool cottage or in the Main House, is equipped with air conditioning and a breezy ceiling fan to ensure comfortable temperatures in the Key West climates.

Cable TV is also equipped in each bedroom.

Great location beautifully maintained spotless

I live in Key West and rented this lovely house while mine was under construction. It is a perfect Key West house without the congestion of Old Town. Nicely furnished, immaculate, great location, well appointed kitchen. A typical Key West decor.
