Live like a Seattleite. In the heart of downtown Seattle, our location is rated a “walker’s paradise” with a 96 out of 100 walkability score. Next to the Washington State Convention Center, 8 blocks from the Pike Place Market, near all major medical facilities (ie. Virginia Mason, Swedish Hospital, Polyclinic, Harborview Medical Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) and the central business district, our location is ideal whether you are staying in Seattle for business, vacation or medical treatment. Our two bedroom penthouse condo will sleep up to six guests with a king bed in one bedroom, twin beds in a second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, all with memory foam mattresses. This condo also has 1.5 baths and an expansive city view. There is a full sized washer/dryer in the condo. Wireless internet, and all other utilities, is included. Portable air conditioners are provided in the condo May through September. We have a smart TV so bring your Netflix or Amazon Prime account and never miss your favorite show.

About Becki Snellenberg
Becki Snellenberg, Owner and Manager since 1998. I am proud to have consistently held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Traveling internationally for 16 years as a management consultant with Microsoft I learned how challenging business travel can be. My best experiences were when I stayed in vacation rentals rather than hotels. I was glad to give up hotel services to stay in a homelike environment with a full kitchen and experience living like a local, particularly when my family traveled with me. After adopting two more children I decided it was time to give up the traveling life and stay closer to home. Starting up this business was just a natural for me. We currently own a few properties and professionally manage properties for several other owners and the same building. Because we have a great reputation in the Seattle vacation rental industry and want to keep it, we are very selective about the properties we take on and ensure that our owners keep their properties up to the highest possible standards. I look forward to helping you make your stay in Seattle a memorable one.

Fabulous location in the heart of downtown. We bought here because we were impressed by the style of a 1940's building which was updated to condos in the 1990's. The updates were tastefully done while retaining much of the charm of the era. The Elektra Homeowners' CC&R's specifically allow for rentals of 3 days or more making this a great place to buy for owners who wanted to keep a second home in the city, or who find that they need to travel extensively in their profession and have their units empty much of the time. These are the owners we represent. Our owners invest a lot of personal care into maintaining their units because they want to feel as if they are welcoming guests into their own home - which is exactly what they are doing. We have so enjoyed hosting people from all over the country and the world coming to Seattle for temporary work, for relocation, to attend conventions, for medical treatment, to visit family or just to experience this fabulous city and all that it has to offer
What makes this Condo unique
Walking distance to theater, restaurants, shopping, Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Museums, nightlife. Tucked into a quiet side street next to the Convention Center, we escape much of the ordinary noise and street traffic you would find in a downtown area, yet are steps from all the life, vibrancy and activity that downtown has to offer. The trendy Pike Pine neighborhood is one of the most up and coming neighborhoods in Seattle. Our guests also enjoy the convenience of nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shops of any small neighborhood. For those coming to town to access some of the finest medical facilities in the country, we are also very close. We are two blocks from Virginia Mason and easy walking distance to Swedish and Harborview hospitals.

Great space close to downtown Seattle
Very nice, well provisioned apartment in a great location. Especially good location for the conference centre. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Views from all rooms!
Apartment was comfortable for 3 of us. Looks much "newer" in photos than in person. Could use a little TLC........mirror in master bedroom (bottom left) is cracked; rug in living room in need of replacement, or heavy duty cleaning.
Location is good walking distance from Pike's Market. Great for runners and/or walkers! We were very lucky, weather wise; out of 6 days there was only one when we had to resort to umbrellas. Owner "Doug" is very pleasant and accommodating.

Great Views and Location
with Lots of Noise.. The Condo is well situated for walking everywhere: dining , shopping or to Pike's Mkt. The owner is most helpful, providing any additional information specific to one's needs. They gave us a thorough tour and were careful to point out how to use the TV/cable and other elements of the unit.
The difficulty we experienced was with the noise levels. The traffic is audible without open windows and worse when open. The building is an older building with single pane windows; it is also a west facing top story unit which retains heat. The portable A/C units were extremely noisy & inefficient. The combination of the noise from the close freeway, and that of the A/C units + the heat made for an uncomfortable visit. The unit could also use a bit of updating and TLC ; especially the flooring.
If you don't mind noise the location is great !

Additional information about rental rates
We have a strict 3 night minimum, no smoking and no pets policy for all reservations. Parking, portacribs. late night check-in and cleaning services during your stay are available for an extra fee. Please ask in advance for these additional items. Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There is a $50 fee for check-ins earlier than noon (when available) or later than 10pm. We cannot hold luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. There is a $75 replacement fee for any non-returned keys, fobs or parking remotes.
