In the middle of beautiful, unspoiled nature, on a hillside above the Peruca Lake, you will find this cozy holiday rental. The house offers two holiday apartments. On the ground floor there is the small studio apartment with 4 single beds a kitchenette and a bathroom, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. On the first floor there is the large 3 bedroom holiday apartment that can comfortably fit up to 7 people. It has a large living room with beautiful views over the woods and lake, a separate kitchen, full equipped and a bathroom. The rooms are 1 double, 1 triple and 1 with twin beds. There is one additional bed in the spacious living room as well as the fold-out couch. Plenty of places to sit and rest outside and admire the nature. There are several wooden tables and chairs, a swing and another sitting point in the garden above the house. In the garden you'll find fresh seasonal vegetables and other organic produce. All around this lovely estate you will find many aromatic herbs which can be picked up for making homemade teas. What will definitely enhance your stay and make you want to come back are delicious homemade products that can be tasted over breakfast, if agreed with the owner: liqueurs, marmalades, jams, teas, juices etc.
Around the estate there are many local roads great for walking, as well as hiking and cycling trails around the 20 km long Peruca lake. Among natural sites, definitely worth visiting are mountains Dinara and Svilaja and the picturesque Cetina river spring. On a nearby ranch you can enjoy horse riding activities, while guided kayak and cycling tours can be organized on request as well.
Several historic places of interest in the area deserve your attention: the 15th-century Prozor fortress above Vrlika offering stunning panoramic views, several mills around Vrlika (Marasova Mlinica, Vukovia mlinica, Lelasova mlinica), steci - medieval monolithic tombstones to be found on a local road between Dragovic and Laktac villages, the ancient church of St Spas dating back to 9th century, Vukovica house in Podosoje house where emperor Franz Josef spent the night on his visit to Vrlika in 1875, ever since known as the Vrlika's Schnbrunn.
