Spotlessly clean, fully stocked kitchen, great deck with full picnic table with 6 chairs, big Weber gas grille and additional couch/2 chair seating area all durable nice patio comfy furniture with water view!
Spacious open living-dining-kitchen big room and 4 big bedrooms one King, one queen and other two with two big full size beds. 2 half bathrooms, one full with shower/tub.
Pet free and hardwood floors/throw rugs great for allergy prone like me. Hypoallergenic pillows/blankets, leather living room furniture. Washer and dryer were great as we had a 3 year old and multiple guests during our week stay. Liked small touches such as thick good quality toilet paper/paper towels with lots of refills. Also nice that there were no knock knacks/plants etc to worry about.
Multiple great coffee shops within a block: Sunset Cafe right next door full with breakfast at 7:30 coffee fine, great scones/muffins/quiche/eggs, Dunkies 100 feet up street, Angelina's a 5 minute walk & outstanding real cappuccino/espresso for the coffee lovers like me & opens at 6 👍𣐽𣱏❤️.
Stayed in August street parked right out front no issues said 2 hour limit but never got a ticket. Parking and dumpsters for Trash out back too.
Bristol is charming, safe with several great restaurants steps away or delivery to the apartment (we liked the Bristol Oyster Bar, Nacho Mamma's,Wood Street Pizza, Judge Roy Bean). Easy drive to local attractions like Blithewold or Newport (buses there too).
In short a fantastic apartment, we would stay again.
Loved staying here with my family for the 4th of July festivities! Plenty of room with pretty much everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchenware for cooking. The washer and dryer was a plus! The deck out back was wonderful with view of the harbor and gas grill. The only suggestion I would have for the deck would be some sort of shade as the sun was scorching up there during the day..Hope to be back soon !
Berta was extremely helpful and made the stay easy. Home was clean and perfect for our weekend.
We rented for the weekend recently for my sons college graduation. It is a fantastic option for large families. It sleeps 10 easily. Only having one shower in the apartment took some organization for the 8 of us but we made it work. The extra half baths helped. The only issue we ran across is the noise from the exhaust system next door. Very loud and wakes you up if you are in the bedroom closest to it. It can make sitting on the deck difficult at times as well. Other than those small inconveniences, its location, location, location, super clean and roomy. If I had to do it again, there be be know doubt we would rent all over again.
We rented this apartment for four nights during Christmas 2015, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The photos represent this apt well, but add in a large screen TV and new dining table that seats eight. Kitchen well equipped. We had a party of 8 and everyone had their own bedrooms, and we could have fit two more people. Comfy beds, nice linens, and towels. There is only one full bath with shower, but there are two additional half baths. The location is in downtown Bristol with easy walking to all shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Yoga studio directly out the back! Lovely deck with nice lounging furniture, and view. Working with the property management was excellent. They were very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment to rent.
