A perfect romantic getaway! This newly-remodeled, comfy farm cottage is located on the banks of the North Fork of the Holston River. One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, living room, kitchen and dining area, and a lovely south-facing porch.

The cottage is surrounded by our 76 acre family farm. You'll be nestled in the midst of an old Christmas tree plantation.

The cottage has a nice living room space with a large flat screen TV with a Firestick and access to YouTubeTV. The combined full kitchen and dining area contains an electric range and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer for guests to use. The master bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed and master bathroom with a walk-in jetted tub. The covered front porch of the cottage has chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

We also maintain a network of walking/jogging paths up and down the river and around the property. We regularly see ospreys, eagles, and deer, plus the occasional fox and otter.
