This property is close to everything you may want to see and gives you a chance to have that sought after 90210 zip code. The peaceful neighborhood and gorgeous homes, trees, and flowers make walking around town an eye catching adventure.

Great location, great apartment, great hosts!

This apartment is in a great location. Its walking distance from some great cafes and supermarkets. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean with all the essentials. We stayed when our son was 10 months old, so it was great for him to have plenty of space to move around.

The complex is reasonably quiet. The room is situated at the back of the unit so you dont get much noise from the main courtyard. Maybe a little from the tenants upstairs, but I guess that's to be expected with all multi unit property.

Ashley and Nicky were fantastic. Any issue that came up was sorted straight away. They were very friendly and very easy to deal with.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again on our next trip to LA!

Just a short drive away is UCLA, one of California's finest academic institutions.
