Located only steps from the Beach and The Infamous Boatslip Resort and TeaDance, this condo has all the amenities! 2 Bedrooms (1K with cable tv/dvd player and water views and 1Q with cable tv) PLUS a full sized loft with 1Q . Central AC, Laundry in unit, 2 car parking, private deck with BBQ, and fully equipped kitchen. Family Room/Open Concept Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, Cable TV/DVD player and Fireplace. Water Views from the Kitchen and Family Room. A 1 minute walk to the Beach or The Boatslip. 3 minutes to Bayside Betsys or Mussel Beach Workout Facility and 5 minutes to the center of town. Please note the USUAL turnover day is Saturday for weekly rentals through Summer; HOWEVER, shorter rentals are available off season and may allow for other check in/out dates.

About Jason Kole

From the Hamptons area of Long Island, I relocated to Boston for school and fell in love. When I found Ptown, it was like visiting the beaches of Long Island and Fire Island all over again. Now an owner, I love visiting on weekends but my job doesn't permit me to do so during the Summer or Fall, so making it available to others who haven't yet experiences this town or those who want to return seemed a perfect fit.

Why Jason Kole chose Provincetown

Its location! Pure and Simple. A recent condo conversion, the property is modern in both color and style with Flat Screen TV's, Plasma Fireplace and Sleek lines and colors; all while being nested in the historic district of Provincetown. The views are amazing and the fact that I can leave for 4pm tea dance at 3:59 makes it perfect (when I show up on time)

What makes this condo unique

I love this unit because of the views, the location and the convenience. I can come down here in winter and still have all the availability I have in the summer. Unlike other properties in the East End, This West End unit is so centrally located that there is rarely and excuse not to go out somewhere and do something. But if that's what I want, Stop and Shop is 1/2 mile away so I can cook a meal and nap in front of the fire with a good book.

Pristine apartment, great space, ideal location.

Jason's apartment was perfect for our trip. The loft was great for the kids to sleep in; the place was decorated thoughtfully and with comfortable, high quality pieces. Water view from the kitchen and elsewhere, great people-watching while lounging on the sofa, a little hide-away deck for reading, surprisingly peaceful and quiet even though it's steps from one of the busiest places on Commercial Street. Really, we couldn't have asked for anything better, it was just perfect for our group (3 adults and 2 tweens). We will be back.

Ideal place to stay

This property was in the perfect location for us. We loved the fact that it was in walking distance of the restaurants and bars. Nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!

Nice Accommodations + Perfect Location + Excellent Ownership

We were excited initially to find such a modern property in a central location, and having just finished up staying there for Bear Week 2017, it truly exceeded our expectations!

The unit was perfect for the four of us, and even when taking a break during the afternoons before dinner and evening events, affords the perfect view to people watch along Commercial Street. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and modern inside. Also, communication with the owner was perfect, as well (timely responses and very eager to assist).

In terms of location, you couldn't have asked for a better spot. The unit is steps away from Boatslip, Monkey Bar, and Mussel Beach.

We highly recommend this for your stay, and look forward to going back next year!

Words fail me....

From the first point of contact, Jason communicated clearly, was helpful and gave great recommendations to local restaurants and hangouts, even being so kind to tell us a few friendly bartenders to ask for. The space is impeccable. Spacious, comfortable and nice attention to detail. The bed linens were very soft and the beds were great. Personally, i sleep like a rock and like my own private quiet space, so naturally I took the loft which had a great little reading nook with window seat. We even got to grill one night on the back deck! All in all, this couldn't have been a better stay! I totally recommend it!

Great place, great location.

I've never used homeaway, so I was a little nervous about signing up for this place, but it turned out to be great. Excellent location on Commercial St, with great people watching from the windows. Beach access is also right across from the place. One bathroom, but can sleep 6 comfortably. Clean and updated. Jason was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Location and Experience

It's rare when the actual experience lives up to the reviews. This is one of those situations. Jason is an excellent host. Very prompt with answers to any concerns or questions. The condo is very clean and well located...right in the middle of PTown. So you can walk to any and all restaurants on Commercial. Was there with my wife and three kids and had plenty of room. I would recommend Jason's condo to anyone looking for a comfortable stress free holiday.
