The Space

Experience Santa Monica in comfort and convenience while staying in our spacious two bedroom, three bathroom townhouse. Between the master bedroom with king sized bed, and guest bedroom with queen sized bed, this home comfortably sleeps four. Pack a snack in the kitchen, then head out for a day at the beach! Our cozy kitchen is available if needed, along with a breakfast nook, but we encourage you to explore the nearby restaurants during your stay. Stop by Spazio Caffe, Kye’s, or Bru’s Wiffle A Waffle Joint for breakfast. Aestus, R+D Kitchen, and Forma Restaurant & Cheese Bar make for nice dinner plans.

Relax in the open living room at the end of a long day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a tall ceiling, and plenty of natural sunlight streaming in from the window. The bathroom vanity (in bathroom #1) has enough room for your needs. The second bathroom is cozy and functional. There is storage space and closet space for your belongings. Our home is gated for your safety.

Our property is just 2 miles from Santa Monica State Beach. Start the day off right with a run in Temescal Canyon Gateway Park or Murphy Ranch Trail, or go for a bike ride on South Bay Bicycle Trail. Order dinner in and eat in the dining area, or venture out for drinks at House of Billiards, Estate Restaurant, or Ox & Son.

When you stay at our location, you’ll have access to it all – restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, entertainment, and more!

The Neighborhood

This quiet Santa Monica neighborhood puts you conveniently close to many top areas, while still tucked away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Just a few blocks away on Montana Ave, you’ll find many nice eateries, including a trendy Italian cafe (Spazio Cafe), a highly rated bakery (Sweet Lady Jane Bakery), and frozen yogurt (Pinkberry). A 10 minute drive or Uber ride will bring you to the beautiful Santa Monica State beach, where you can bask in the California sunshine all day long. Pack a picnic and enjoy it at Palisades Park, which overlooks the ocean. Venice Beach and the Venice Canals are about 22 minutes away. Beverly Hills and West Hollywood are just about 30-40 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Getting Around

Bus stops are nearby to take you where you need to go. Walking is also an option for close-by destinations.

Other Things to Note

Dog is on property whenever the homeowner is home so guests prone to pet allergies should not stay on site.

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.

Our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual.

Roomy, safe and comfortable

Great location with secure garage parking and comfy master suite. Second bedroom had no light, and just a queen hide-a-bed that was a solid board with thin mattress. Not very comfortable but fine for the price. Couch smelled heavily of dog after initial room deodorizer wore off - just beware if you have allergies. We didn't really use any appliances or electronics because we were only there 2 nights but they looked too notch.
